I've not read chapter 33 or 34 yet, so bare that in mind. (Will read once 35 is released)

Without much context to go off of beyond the fact that the two girls are in a public pool, perhaps the contest could be that the girls do laps and and the first to do however many laps wins, but with the stipulation that Riley and Lily remove their bikini bottoms BEFORE they do the laps. That way, it's a sort of blend between the competition and the actual punishment.

The potential punishment could be tgat the loser has to talk to boys inside of the water with the bottoms remaining off.

No problem with this idea whatsoever, but imo it'd be better if some level anonymity remain intact in large, crowded public areas. At least for now.
