Appreciation

I joined a while back, but never really did much with my account. I used to lurk on the old boards (I remember going to the Dreambook over 15 years ago, so it's been a long-time kink, I suppose), even wrote a few stories on the previous board (though I admit most of my serious attempts were unfinished).

Been reading some older threads, and I wanted to say how much I appreciated this community, despite not doing much myself to contribute to it. I was raised in a somewhat conservative environment, and didn't really get what sex was until I was around 10 or so. Many of the stories posted on the old forums were some of my earliest entrance into this type of material.

Recently I found an old flash-drive that actually had some of my stories on it, and it reminded me of this board. I'm delighted to see that it's still up, and thought I might pop in on a more permanent basis.

I apologize if this post is deemed improper - not my plan to ruffle any feathers or otherwise bother people - but I just wanted to give my appreciation that, in some forum, these stories and authors are active still.

I'll see what I have that feels salvageable, and perhaps finish up some of the stories I started (ironically, one of them was for some type of Summer heat contest; had a good final chapter in mind, but then life happened).
