Er, sorry, tort? I'm not familiar with this word and I'm having trouble discerning what you mean.
The victim finds a lawyer and sues the perp in civil court. Possibly winning a monetary award. The other type of court is Criminal Court and can include jail time.

Fantastic chapter. Nice to see Abby's mom getting her comeuppance.
As for all this stuff bout accusations, the difference is whether you actually catch them in the act as you accuse them. If you didn't see a crime going on, even a heinous one, you can't be sure enough to throw accusation around. That's a huge problem in society today., but if you literally have the text in front of you, identical, then start accusing plagiarism.

Nice chapter! For now, Abbie is no longer permanuded, except for at school where naked is now her uniform. At least she can go out with clothes on though (ie. no more naked jaunts through the mall). This is all just theoretical though. Knowing this type of story, and this particular author, Abbie's freedom from nudity won't last long.

that only if she has any clothes left, we have no idea if she still has any clothes left or not.

I don't think it going to be that easy for Abbie to have clothes back, first she can't wear them to school, and 2nd like another comment said we have no idea if Abbie has any clothes left at all, I think there going to be a major twist coming in the story still.
