I think the higher their percentage the more it will expect them to raise the stakes to get their percentage up further. I think it will be a long time before anyone reaches 100%.

As Sophie stepped naked onto the street and the reality of what she was doing hit her she felt like she was going to have a panic attack. How had she even got herself into this crazy situation?
