I think her step mom was babysitting her 2 nephews who were like 5 or somewhere around there. Towards the end of the day Lu's step mom takes the boys to give them a bath but asks Lu to come and with them. She then told Lu that she had to bathe with them in order to save water. So, reluctantly, Lu got in the tub with her cousins. The boys were too young to care about her being naked but she was pretty embarrassed and uncomfortable.

No clue. At least 15 I think because this was definitely after she started receiving these punishments.

Seems like mom found a powerful motivation! Did mom ever use nudity on her son?
I'm assuming that not all the times her brother saw Lu naked were unintended.

As far as I know, Nate never got that treatment. He lived with his biological mom, too, so him not being around all the time probably saved him.

What was the longest punishment she ever got?

I'll write it up one of these days. Don't want to spoil it because it's a good one (well for Lu it wasn't)
