Just throwing it out there that I myself (and millions of others) actually prefer small breasts on women, and GREATLY dislike most fake boobs. It's a pretty popular preference. My favorite mainstream porn star is Misty Mundae for example, and my favorite JAV actress is Shuri Atomi.

Honestly I don’t really like SPH because of all the implications it carries. I hear what you say but I think it's more humilating for skinny guys. When I'm in the gym I can see guys of 155lbs and less looking very uncomfortable with their skinny arms and sunken chests. I'm not particularly big - only 210lbs, but these little guys look terrified.

It's pretty about the whole package. A skinny guy or an outta shape guy even at only the same weight as me will be embarrassed about their substandard body with or without a small pens.

I would imagine that most people differ on that based on the gender of the character. For example, as a man I imagine myself in ENM situations and imagine others in ENF situations. There were obviously many extra layers behind the choices (including different kinks for different genders), but I was limited to only 10 options on this poll.

This poll amuses me because the results have shifted around over time the longer that its been active. I remember when Small Penis/Breast Humiliation was one of the lowest picked options, and now it's almost tied for first place. Streaking used to be much higher, but now it's quite low. Age Play used to be MUCH lower before making a comeback. The only consistent parts are that Naked in School has always been #1, and Revenge has always been dead last.
