This happened many, many years ago.

I was dating a young woman, Marilyn, and I was helping her move into a new apartment. She was on the 7th floor and had a big picture window looking out onto the street below. Marilyn was wearing what I can best describe as a tube top connected to a pair of gym shorts that she called a “teddy” - and no underwear. She had bought drapes for the window and was standing on a small step-stool in the process of hanging them over the window. At the moment, there were some workmen on the roof of a 5 story building across the street and they had a good view into her window. Just as she was trying to get the bar into the brackets, I reached up and pulled her teddy down to her ankles! Marilyn yelled in shock; she had a choice: drop the curtains that she just spent a half hour assembling and pull the teddy back up or, keep trying to get the curtains hung thus giving the workman an even better show. She opted to continue hanging the curtains and finally got them in the brackets a moment later. She pulled up her teddy, got off the step-stool and proceeded to chase me around the apartment trying to beat me up all to the delight of the workmen! I let her “beat” me a bit (as I laughed hysterically) and she finally stopped. She had to finish arranging the drapes and when she went to the window, all the workmen cheered! She just smiled sheepishly and waved to them and finished arranging the drapes.

She was 5'6", 125lbs, blonde shoulder-length hair. No she wasn't shaved, this happened before that was a "thing."

I remember those outfits she was wearing. It was one piece. It looked like a strapless teddy made out of terry cloth. They were popular during the 70's + 80's. My neighbors wore those. I always wanted to walk up behind them and yank it down. And because the top was like a tube top girls seldom wore a bra underneath.
