World Naked Bike Ride Question

Has anyone attended or taken part in a World Naked Bike Ride? There is a site called "Maria CFNM which has an article about it and it shows a cartoon with a male and female on a tandem bike. The male is clearly naked while the female is in a bikini. You can see the cartoon here: Do you agree that I think they want to encourage women to be more modest while the males should be nude?

How many have attended one of these rides? and how many male vs women are naked? Are there any young children watching (ages under 12) and what is the ration of girls to boys?

(I believe that since mostly males are naked and few women are, that a lot of moms will bring their young daughters but not their son to see this event) Sort of like they did for the Bay to Breakers race.

Speaking for the UK, they've been going for at least 15 years. Most people go naked but it's not compulsory and can depend on the weather. Invariably more males than females take part but for the big rides in London and Brighton and to some extent Bristol there are numerous naked women ( if it's naked women you're interested in, ignore the small under publicised rides where they will be in single figures )

As for spectators, they take place on public roads. Anyone of whatever, gender, age or race can watch if they happen to be in the vicinity. Being too intrusive with taking photos can be problematic and has been seen by some as a factor in reducing the number of female participants. There are literally tens of thousands of photos on the net, just check out One Click Chicks forum for instance.

I'm going to take part in one this year, for the first time. From what I can tell, most are not actual officiated events. In the city I'm going to take place in, you're supposed to sign up for it, and they will give you the deets the day beforehand, so there won't be counter-protesters or as many cops. Some cities crack down on it. The Madison one had a child ( who was there with their parents, and the family is nudists), and the Madison Supreme Court just ruled in favor of the bike ride. The Chicago one is supposed to have no nudity at all, just "Bare as you Dare". Hope this helps.

A World Naked Bike Ride procession passed right by me once, but it came as a surprise to me. Part of their route went along a major road that's mostly a pedestrian street (with very minimal vehicular traffic), and I happened to be there as they rode by.

So I guess I "attended" the event, kind of?

It looked to me like a real mix of men and women who bared all. Probably more fully naked men than women, but that's more my expectation than my observation. It wasn't such a stark difference as to be obvious on a passing glance.

I didn't notice any kids watching on the sidelines, and this was in a college town area where you don't see many kids to begin with. But kids definitely could have been there, and there likely were kids elsewhere in the city along the WNBR route.

I don't know what the original source of that image is, but I suspect it reflects more on Marie's wants than on a message the WNBR organizers are trying to promote. (I assume mariecfnm.blogspot.com is where you found the image.) Of course, you can find images of clothed female observers posing with naked male participants, and Marie likes posting that type of thing. But you can find plenty of images featuring naked female participants too, or female participants wearing just a pair of panties, etc.

Thanks for the replies. I asked this question because it is my understanding that over 90% of those that go nude are males. Of the females that do, most are just topless. This ration seems to be the norm for almost every event where nudity if involved such as Bay to Breakers in San Francisco and most nude beaches.

Searches for CFNM were several times more popular than they were for CMNF and there is a lot more full frontal male nudity in movies and on stage most without having any female nudity. I wonder if there is any research on this?

According the website Sensitive Content there are more scenes of boys unclothed than girls.
The numbers are ONLY from movies where the actors in the scenes are age 17 down to 5 years old.
The numbers for Adult (18+) performers will likely be very different.

The number of movies listed that have Boy Nudity is 2529
Movies with girl nudity is 1058.

Boy nudity also includes scenes where only his butt is shown, and this probably accounts for a large number of movie scenes.
(personally, I don't consider a bare butt shot of a boy actor to be nudity since that can be seen in a PG rated movie).
Movies with full frontal shots of actors under age 18 are not given a specific number.

Boys being punished show up in 282 movies.
Girls being punished show up in 65 movies
I suppose most of the time boys are shown getting a bare bottom spanking, and it's rare to do that to girls.

An interesting statistic is the number of Nude Scenes, rather than movies.

I suppose this means a boy in a movie has only one nude scene most of the time, and for a girl she might be shown several times.

I agree Teen Fan, if it does not show the penis and testicles it is not male nudity as that is what males them a male. It would also not bother me if showing close ups of male genitals, including erections would have a PG rating as erections are normal. Now it should get an R if a girl was jerking them off. If they show breast, they should also show male genitals.

I could accept it showing a females labia or vulva if it is covered with public hair to hide it somewhat but it should have an R. if it shows more than that it should be an X.

Thanks for the stats, I was using Google with the terms CFNM and CMNF but they are not listing the number of hits now. Still it is evident that male nudity is becoming more popular.

Long before naked bike rides were invented, in Spain it was common for Naked bullfighting to take place.
Six boys aged from 13 to 17 watch or participate in fighting the bull. Mainly it's the two older guys doing the fighting.

In original version, there is a part where the youngest boy gets in the coral, but here it's edited out.

I had to laugh the first time I saw this. That's the smallest bull I ever saw.
Being from a family that owns a ranch in Texas, I know the bulls we had those kids would not want to battle with.

The bull was a calf but every bull figher should be dressed that way even at the stadiums I bet attendence would increase.
