Tommy can make more use of his powers by having one of the teenage girls float suspended in the air. The girl can be made to float just
out of the arm's reach of the audience. The girl can't move as her arms and legs are held spread eagled while she moves slowly around
the room.

I know this story is "already written" Blondie, so my comment is just to hopefully give you ideas for future stories.

I think the older women (Sister Ruth and Miss Richards) definitely, but also some of the younger tormentors possibly, would have - since the time of Tommy's Debasement - pleasured themselves to the memories of those events.

It would have been satisfying (for me, anyway) to hear them have to admit that to Tommy, and then to have to suffer a fair (or unfair) punishment specifically for that aspect of the whole thing.

(E.g. for me I would like to have seen then admit, to a large group of witnesses including other former students/victims maybe, that they knew what they were doing to Tommy was wrong, but that they had done it for their own gratification, and now in exchange for Tommy's forgiveness they will humiliate themselves by openly letting him and/or a large audience watch them masturbate. And then Tommy / the audience could've twisted the knife in tormenting them about how they pretend they are "good girls" who don't do such things in private, but now here they are not only doing it but doing it for a large crowd to watch.)

(I'm sure other readers with different tastes might have preferred different punishments for the same thing e.g. maybe having to give Tommy pleasure in some form in exchange for the pleasure that he unwillingly gave them etc. - we'll see if anyone else comments.)

But anyway, that was the main element that I thought was "missing" from the retribution - just my two cents!

Sure, it might have been fun for me to go that route; to be honest, I never thought of that. I'm sure there are other ways I could have gone that I also didn't think of. Like you say, food for thought for future stories.
