Also there's a large number of ENP fans who prefer small parts over big parts (myself included) so it ends up being a way to make a person attractive while also increasing their shame.

It's different from regular defects such as being overweight, missing a bunch of teeth, high levels of acne, bald spots, etc.

I am also one who typically prefers small parts over big parts, so I fully agree that it does a double duty: makes the person more attractive while also increasing their shame.

I like how you put it: they are being judged and deemed inadequate and inferior. To quote one of my favorite movies as a kid, A Knight's Tale, "You have been weighed, you have been measured, and you have been found wanting."

I do not like serious defects like being massively overweight, missing a bunch of teeth, or HIGH levels of acne... HOWEVER, I do enjoy some stories when the haughty, snobby character has a secret defect exposed that would typically be considered unattractive-- be that minor acne, pointy or wonky breasts, or enlarged labia. You said we like 'hot people in our porn.' I agree. BUT, many of the characters are so hot they are unattainable and unrealistic in real life. And the characters often know it too!

I love it when the uppity character is brought down to earth... not made entirely unattractive... but given certain flaws that take them down a few pegs from a goddess to a mere commoner. I don't mind if those flaws are a bit of acne in an embarrassing place, or maybe floppy labia or oddly shaped nipples, or even a little weight where she doesn't want it. Overall, the character would still be considered attractive, but their shame is added in that they are nude in front of their peers, they have been measured by their peers, AND for the first time in their perfect lives... they have been found wanting.

I get where you're coming from, but with being overweight there's the potential angle of the fat pad on the target's public mound making an otherwise normal penis appear short. So I think there's the potential for them to coexist and even mutually reinforce each other.

The sad part is that I am fully aware of the fact that I'm probably missing a few key kinks, which people can add here for completion purposes. One that came to mind just now was "First time, experimentation". I suppose that fits under games, but it's not exactly the same thing.

I can kind of see how that could fall under games but I agree there are some key differences. To me "games" suggests 3 or more people and feeling compelled to participate as part of the group, either implicitly or explicitly. As a category "experimentation" suggests 3 or fewer people and being driven more by personal curiosity. There's the potential for overlap but the motivations feel different.

I'd also suggest there's room for a "medical" category, disrobing for or being exposed by a doctor, nurse, etc... I feel like that's distinct from other "authority" angles since it's usually not in a public setting (I guess "group physicals" is a key exception) and involves a group that occupies a very specific place: For many of us, we are taught from an early age they are the only ones outside the family to whom we should allow unquestioned access to our bodies, including privileged access to our underwear.
