What Did I Discover

*ring ring*
Looking up from my table in my small shop at the door I could barely believe my old eyes. I have a guest into my little store the first in many moons.
"Hello welcome to my shop of curiosities. Give me a second I can't move as easily as I used to"
Hearing no reply I worried they left but I didn't hear the bell again. Rounding the leaning tower of plaza I hobbled over to the far corner and noticed a young by my standards woman.
"Can I help you my dear?" I inquired
Startled she jumped and I was given my first opportunity to really see her.
An average five foot female with shoulder length pitch black hair with a streak of golden silver running through it like water. She looked up at me with the most captivating light violet eyes under a pair of fake huge glasses. Looking at her body I saw a beautiful figure trying to escape the baggy layers of men's sweatshirts and giant sweat pants.
"Can you tell me about what you have here. I've been curious but too shy to enter as I walk by everyday. It took my only friend daring me to enter to finally come in."
She said it so quietly like a mere whisper barely above the ac I wasn't sure I heard her right.
Gaining an energy I thought I long lost, it felt like the years faded away as I began
"Well that's a funny story Anabella I shall start at the beginning" instead of being scared her eyes grew wide in wonder at how did I know her name well that's one of the many special talents I picked up.
"It all started on February 29 2023."
