You’re right, I did figuratively and literally provide a shopping list for the reader. I guess I just didn’t realise how obvious the next steps and subsequent escalation of events would be to the reader. Just a quick update. I mentioned something about this on the general discussion thread, but for the past week I’ve been recovering from a COVID19 infection. Mild case overall, but since it started I can’t think straight. So from a writer perspective, I lost my voice.
