I kind of struggled with the title, as its tricky to explain within one short sentence.

What I mean by "girl with injured hands" is something along the lines of - Perhaps she's been in an accident or had a fall in some sort of sport which resulted in her fracturing both her wrists/hands. She now has to rely on someone else, be it a family member, a female friend (or male) or something like it to help her with her more... private affairs.

So if she needs the toilet, she has to ask someone to undo her pants and underwear, or remove her skirt and underwear etc, as well as help her with bathing.

Ideally that person wouldn't be her boyfriend, as a boyfriend seeing his girlfriend naked kind of detracts from the "ENF" aspect.

Is there anything even remotely close to that? I feel like it could be a lot of fun.

And yes, I seem to have the most bizarre requests lol.

There's one famous story from Hooked6 that fits your request perfectly: Hanna's Embarrassing Accident. It's about a girl who breaks all her limbs falling off a horse and is then completely at the mercy of her peers to bathe her, dress her, and such. She can barely move arms or legs, totally helpless. Her caretakers include several boys. And then the second half of the story is about her "friends" taking her to the mall in this state wearing just a flimsy hospital gown that won't stay put.
