The Swim Meet

The Central School System in Central City had just reinstituted a swim program they had in the 1960's due to a rash of boys sexual harassing girls. It had been show that naked males behave better with clothed females so it was decided that all males on the pool deck would be nude but all females would be in modest one piece swim suits and that no cleavage could be shown by the girls even if they bent over. The program would mean that ALL males from 7th grade through 12th grade that were on the team would be nude as in NAKED.
