For the time being, however, I will share what I know of the site, specifically the aspects which would be of most interest and relevance to persons such as yourselves! First and foremost, we have a VERY advanced content-tagging system, using a wide variety of icons as visual indicators of precisely what the reader can expect within the story, as well as using those content tags in conjunction with the site's built-in search engine. Keep in mind, however, that this specific icon was only introduced a few years ago, while there are thousands of pre-existing stories which also feature "enforced nudity" themes but will not have that icon to indicate such. (If need be, I can elaborate/assist more...)
That being said, just as Outback Steakhouse also has a handful of chicken and fish menu items, Malespank similarly allows for a degree of "female" content within our wider corpus, hence the trio of icons in red to indicate such stories!
Additionally, the site features content-tags and icons to indicate: story length, prose vs. poetry, punishment tool/implement, sexual content or lack thereof, story ratings and recommendations, etc. To further illustrate, consider the image below, screen-shotted from the header of a story written by a co-author and myself:
