Top-Left: In general, the purple "extra features" icons have to do with non-spanking kink/fetish elements, that may appeal to different kinds of readers, depending on their personal preferences and "hot buttons," so to speak. The "nude public humiliation" icon, in case you did not already guess, is of an eyeball -- presumably to represent the unwanted spectators that are viewing the nude victim's humiliating exposure! Keep in mind, however, that this specific icon was only introduced a few years ago, while there are thousands of pre-existing stories which also feature "enforced nudity" themes but will not have that icon to indicate such. (If need be, I can elaborate/assist more...)
