Story where girl is stripped by photographer

It's one of those stories that I only half remember and I know there are heaps of stories where a girl is stripped by photographer, but the unique thing about this story which I do remember was the ridiculous lie that the photographer told the girl which was that her clothes were causing glare and ruining the pictures. I think the picture was just for something mundane like an ID or student card or yearbook picture or something as well.

The 1989 Dennis Potter TV serial Blackeyes had a scene like that, the model was played by Gina Bellman.

I've never seen it but it sounds interesting and may have been an inspiration for the story that I am looking for. However, I definitely read this story on an online forum similar to this some years ago.
