Pantsing and Stripping Forums

Just a little story idea I wanted to get out there since I'm not too sure how I'd make it a full story.

Two sisters are at the beach/waterpark wave pool and are fairly similar in age (one is maybe a year or two older). The older sister is playing in the water while the younger is sitting at the shore. A huge wave knocks the older sister over and the younger sister laughs and watches. The older is washed up close to the shore but with some waves covering her lower half which she is fighting to keep covered. The younger is confused until a pair of bikini bottoms washes up right in front of her.

Could easily be turned into a full story. You'd have to set up the background; is there any reason for antagonism between the sisters ? Does the older one act superior and treat the younger as a kid ? Is the younger one jealous of the attention the older has been getting from guys as she frolics in the water ? That kind of thing.

Then it would be good to know the composition of the crowd on the beach; age, gender mix and so on.

Then maybe the younger girl would promise to give her sister back the bikini bottoms but only in exchange for the top. The older agrees, figuring she can cover her boobs with her arms until she gets back to her clothes but then once she has the top, the younger keeps both halves and makes other demands on her sister before she will return them ? Plenty of options for what the forfeits could be.
