I was a 15yr old boy in high school when this happened:
I just transferred to a new school and it was nearing homecoming. Every year, our school football team went up against the same school (as it was a small town). And every year our school would pull a stupid prank on the other school the night before. Well, I had tried out for the football team when I transferred but although I didn't make it, I met a couple guys who seemed okay to me. So, the day before homecoming they came up to me and asked me if I'd help them with their prank. Their prank was they were going to have me run through a big party held by the football team at the rival school the night before homecoming. I was going to wear our mascot costume which was a full-suit alligator costume with our logo on the front and back. I agreed as I thought this was more of a friendly rivalry, but it turns out it was a lot more than I bargained for.
So, the time came, it was 9pm and we were all gathered up at a park near the party. The bought out the suit and told me to get changed in the bathroom and meet us back at their truck. So I walked to the bathroom and I was in there alone when I noticed how thick the costume was and how hot/humid it was that night, I decided it's best if I only wear my underwear under it. Although, while I was thinking that I remembered I was going to be running and then end up right back at OUR party and didn't want sweaty underwear on for that, so I decided to go naked under the costume. It had built-in shoes and everything so I didn't wear socks even. Well I came back out and handed my clothes to my friends and we drove to their party.
We pulled up to the party and they said "ok, run along the side to the backyard, then run through the party and out the back gate, then just run down the alley, we'll pick you up at the end of the alley" seemed like a solid plan, so I got out, ran through the back and immediately was being chased by some of the bigger guys from the football team, they were fast! I ran down the alley hoping to just jump into the back of the truck, but when I got to the end of the alley, my "friends" were nowhere to be seen. Before I could finish looking both ways to cross the street, I got caught by two of the bigger guys. They looked pissed! I told them it was just a prank and they said they were going to play one back. The leader said "ok, we're gonna let you go unharmed, but we're keeping the suit. We're gonna burn it on the lawn" everyone cheered like they all suddenly had the most school spirit any teenager ever had.
"Well, start unzipping pal."
I responded with "Look, I didn't think it was this big of a deal, I'm new here, I thought I was just supposed to run through the party and then back to the truck with my friends and it'd be over. I didn't know you guys would get upset!"
"Well next time don't pull pranks if you don't know the history of the two schools!"
"Please, let me keep the suit I'm.... I'm naked under here"
They all busted out laughing when I said that and one of the girls said "awwww poor baby's gonna have to hike back, buck naked"
"No please don't make me do that!"
"Too late pal, either you hand over that suit, or we'll rip it off of you and beat the shit out of you!"
Defeated I started taking the suit off and without too much trouble, I was standing in front of them all completely naked.

"That was his own doing! Haha!"
"Haha! Well listen man, it sucks you transferred schools, but this was great. See you on the field tomorrow"
"Wait, what'd you do with our little 'friend'?"
"Ohhhh let's just say he 'met his goal'"

It wasn't long before my entire group of "friends" came to see me tied to the goal post completely naked with "Huskies Rule!" written on my chest. The whole football team and their friends, plus their girlfriends and cheerleaders all saw me tied there naked. Two of the girls thought it'd be hilarious to pull their skirts up enough to show me their asses (they were wearing thongs), and shake their asses a bit until I got a boner. Once I was utterly humiliated and way too turned on, they cut me loose and let me fend for myself back to my house, I received a lot of slaps on my ass on my way out of the field and had to run home stripped naked with my ass on display for 2 miles. When I finally made it home, the door was locked, and my keys were in my shorts... this was going to be a long night...
