Sounds like Clara hasn’t learned her lesson yet and should be sent back to school in the shorter skirt so that everyone can be sure to see she is being thoroughly punished. Maybe she should even wear an even shorter skirt since she likes wearing them so much.

I suspect that other pupils will now take the opportunity to pull Calra over their laps, pull her skirt up and pull her knickers down before giving her a public spanking.
That may well include younger pupils.
