The Amusement Park did a full out publicity campaign about the upcoming (will other things be going up too?) and even in prime time TV ads, it showed the Central team in their outfits, the girls in modest one piece suits and the boys naked and even on TV, they did not blur the male genitals out.

The planning committee did a great job with getting several actual carnival booths and they had a lot of publicity for the carnival in which they were careful to let people know that there would be total nudity at the carnival but it would only be male nudity. They were also careful to let everyone know that although there would be male nudity for both the students and adult males, everyone would be able to attend. Boys and girls under 12 would need an adult with them but everyone was welcomed.
The committee decided that each game both would have two people, a boy and a girl, the girl would be in a modest one piece swim suit while the boy will be naked since after all, he is a male. There was a dunking booth which also had a naked boy and a girl but they also had a naked male on the platform waiting to be dunked.
There was a side show based upon the "Puppetry of the Penis" show in which the male genitals is the main attraction as naked males contort their penis and testicles into different shapes. Just as in the actual shows there is no female nudity as the whole show is based only upon male genitals. The contortions simulate commonly identifiable shapes, such as objects, architecture and people. The tricks include the Big Mac, the Loch Ness Monster, the wristwatch, the pelican, the Eiffel Tower, the hamburger, the bulldog, the windsurfer and others. The show consists of approximately 45 genital manipulations, accompanied by sound effects and comedic narration This show will also invite people from the audience to come up and participate. Women will assist with some of the manipulations while males from the audience will take part by stripping naked and trying out some of the contortions.

Another aspect that was in keeping with this goal is that the carnival also included those who attended in the events. The events closed and each person had a evaluation form to fill out Each person had a different event that was their favorite. but the overall favorite was a tie between "Whose Cock is it" and the Puppetry of the Penis show since local males were involved (were not the male students at Central local too?)
