Let him cook. I bet everyone can't wait for what happens next, but good stories take time to develop properly. Rushing out new chapters is a bad idea.

Holy smokes, this is my new/current favourite story on this site and possibly on any site!

I absolutely adore the set up, theme, the detail with which it has been written. Honey's initial reaction to being told to strip is perhaps outwardly a bit tame/mild but ultimately, as her step-sister uses the strap/tawse (or whatever it really is) without hesitation, and with dad's heartfelt plea to behave her submission makes more and more sense. Especially given her arousal levels.

Would love love love another chapter when it's done. Not trying to rush you but just saying this to confirm enthusiastic interest!

...

Now especially if the plot carries on how I imagine (scholarship money was used to buy her, daughter paying it to mother) and the paperwork making the whole deal permanent as the brand strongly suggests, I'm, pardon the pun, hooked!!!

Mars357, thank you for your enthusiastic comment (and also to all those who took the time to comment and offer their insights.) I am working on the next two chapters as you read this and I am hoping to post them very shortly and several more chapters are in the works. I originally envisioned a 10-chapter story but this last week I have completed the outlines for at least 15 chapters as other ideas flooded my brain. I hope these future chapters will be as entertaining as the first chapters already posted. It takes a bit of time to flesh out this story with all the research I am putting into this combining historical fact with fictional characters in the present day and still keep it interesting.

Btw, several readers have asked about where I am getting some of my historical facts from and I will, when I get far enough in this story, post some of my favorite references. I am amazed about some of what was documented in the late 1800's that has been glossed over or eliminated from what actually occurred in many plantations. (No, slavery was and is terrible, but reality was far different than what is now portrayed to fit the modern narrative. By the way today's trivia question - which isn't relevant to this story but I found interesting - Do you know who the third largest group of slave owners where outside agricultural plantation owners in the South and in the territories west?

Native Americans - that is Indians - specifically the Cherokee, the Creek and the Choctaw and the Chippewa nations and that includes blacks purchased or traded for; white settlers and other Native American Indians who were taken as prizes of war.) Just a little food for thought. Anyway, back to the story.

I didn't realize that, although it makes sense if you read about their history. Most of those tribes originally lived in the American Southeast, in the heart of what was later the Confederacy.

The European settlers referred to them as the "5 civilized tribes" (and I'm sure they meant that as a compliment). They adopted the settler's dress and built European style houses. The Cherokee even had a much higher literacy rate than the early Americans, thanks to Sequoia.

That changed in 1830, when gold was discovered on their land. They were forcibly relocated to Indian Territory, now Oklahoma, thanks to that asshole who is on the twenty dollar bill (Andrew Jackson, if you're unfamiliar with US currency.) I had a great-great-great-grandpa who made that trip.

I've only read the first part so far but I just had to comment. This setup is amazing! I loved how everything seemed to know what was going to happen except our main character. I'm really looking forward to getting into this one and am really glad to see you have many parts planned!

Fantastic story!
