I love that we got 2 chapters for the price of 1! Brilliant job, NudeBag and well worth the wait. You have really developed the characters and I feel that we know them so well now. That shower scene was amazing with Mark shooting like a geyser! Looking forward to seeing what happens with James now at the middle school.

If the character work shines through, I achieved my goal
I just so desperately wanted to establish things further with both Christine AND Sam, and knew exactly how I wanted to do it.

I’m just glad I was able to deliver on multiple fronts for you
I wanted to set up SO much while I was writing this chapter, but at one point, I just wanted to be done.
And I got hungry (don’t know if you could tell)

As a bit of a spoiler, there’s a definite love triangle forming between Mark, Christine and Sam (a square if we include Carly’s clear interest as well)
I want to be clear- I LOVE Christine.
But I also REALLY like Sam.

I am transitioning to James fully for a bit, and already working on his first solo chapter, but I’m excited to keep going with Christine.
I have a lot planned for her and Mark.
She is an incredibly important character in this ever evolving story.

The shower scene specifically is a bit of foreshadowing for Mark

What a treat it was to read the latest bumper set of updates. I was really missing this story so to get both parts of an extended chapter felt like an incredible gift for us readers.

I loved the girls reminding Mark of the Halloween party, that was definitely one of my favourite parts of this whole tale. That's when it felt like things really kicked into a high gear so I enjoyed the nostalgia of them talking about how much fun they had and how embarrassing it was for poor Mark of course

I like how for Mark it's possibly more embarrassing that he's now always flaccid at school, who would have thought he'd miss being hard all the time

Can't wait for more Mark and Sam together. I like Christine a lot too but maybe I'm in the minority of hoping he gets with Sam, I like the harder more sarcastic edge she has. She's a very fun character.

James next is it? Cannot wait!
