One of the guys I knew who would do absolutely anything to keep anyone else from seeing his dick was big enough that you could see an outline while he was wearing denim.
The embarrassment was at being exposed against their will, not at people finding out how big their dick is.

In my experience the only boys who were very embarrassed when they were exposed naked in front of us girls were the ones with small dicks... how much we laughed and how red they became, even the days after we reminded them of the little dick and they blushed. At the time there were few normal or big ones, most of them were small also because they were young and still had to grow then surely some grew and some didn't
