That's a fascinating and hot world-build! But you know what's missing? Orgasm denial as a punishment. For whatever offenses, technologically absolutely enforced, official oversight and full public data visibility. With everything totally logical, sensible and approved by everyone, despite the typical punishment durations being quite over the top.
