I would love to get a battle of the knights just for the absurdity of it but I voted Pixie. Her character hasn't done anything worthwhile in the scope of the contest and it feels like she won't unless she is forced to.

Honestly I'm surprised at how few overall votes we have so far (20 as of this post). There are hundreds of registered members on here.

Either way, this is definitely turning into a two girl race between Bully and Pixie, who are the two most opposite characters and they are both winning for completely opposite reasons. Right now each of them alone have as many votes as the other 8 girls combined. I had a feeling when I made this poll that it would wind up being those two in first and second. I'm going to lose my mind if it winds up ending in a tie though.

If it ends in a tie does Larper get a three way fight between her Bully and Pixie that would be a good trio to fight, the weak pixie and the two strongest girls. Do the two strong girls go at each other and leave pixie? Do the Two strong girls tag team Pixie? does Pixie join Bully to take down Larper between them. The possible potential would be awesome

They're in completely different buildings at the moment, there'd be no realistic way to do a three way (giggity). I'd probably just flip a coin and then write a special "alternate timeline" part for LARPer vs whoever lost the coin toss.

That’s something you could say for the whole board, especially for polls though. You get a ton of views but nearly no "thank you's" nor replies.

Btw, I voted pixie too. In my opinion she deserves a most open and humiliating punishment for staying hidden all the time. Although Bully would have been my second choice.

Can’t wait till the polls are closed.

At this point we're getting about 1 vote per day, so it's clearly going to be either Pixie or Bully who wins (loses). I should take a moment to remind everyone that this poll is set up so that you can change your votes up until Friday, so anyone who voted for one of the other ladies can choose to join in the battle between those two. Would you rather see LARPer dominate an Evil Overpowered Villain who deserves to suffer a mortifying fate worse than everything she has done to others? Or should the girl who puts the meek in hide and seek be manhandled, exposed, and absolutely humiliated as her punishment for being a coward? The choice is yours!

Finally voted and went for Bully. Pixie may have done less in the story, but she's just the more interesting character to me, while Bully needs at least a new challenge to liven up her participation, whether LARPer actually ends up taking her down or not. :D

Technically I haven't determined the winners on those battles yet, but I don't actually give Bully great odds to defeat LARPer just based on how their styles work. Gangster, Redneck, and even an armed Gamer would have better luck. Bully has won all of her fights so far by getting her ass kicked for a while, powering through the pain, and then eventually grabbing an enemy and slamming them. Bully doesn't dodge and barely blocks, she has been coasting on her pain tolerance and the fact that her offense is absurdly effective once she lands it. LARPer is a fencer with cardio adept at managing distance, counter-fighting enemy aggression, and skilled with her weapon and shield. Without some form of an x-factor Bully will get embarrassed badly.

Speaking of which, I distinctly saw the polls at 9 - 9 earlier today, and yet now they're at 10 - 8. We have our first voter from the big two to jump ship! Part of me wants this to turn into a full-on presidential election, complete with political ads and debates all aimed at pulling swing voters.

From the American wrestling I watched. I wasn’t that into it myself. It was pretty much who can take the most beatings before landing a victory. The one with the most beatings was the victor. I found it a lot of smashing metal chairs around peoples heads and the one it landed on miraculously never ended up with a serious injury. They just got up threw themselves back in the ring to then have the guy jump from the top rope with a clothes line.

Most on the receiving end of a clothes line didn’t duck which is natural, to instead just take it.

I just don’t think wrestling was ever my cup of tea lol

When it's done well wrestling can put on a believable fight scene better than most movies and nearly every TV show (looking at you, Cobra Kai). It's also exciting as it's performed live with insanely dangerous stunts and treated like it's a legit sport. The problem is that in recent years the main companies only promote talentless pretty boys and old farts who can't perform anymore. I don't watch it anymore, but I used to watch it religiously. Wrestling was also trendy as hell when I was a kid and teen. The Royal Rumble is largely responsible for my love of battle royale style events stemming back into very early childhood, and is specifically the reason why I went with 30 entrants in this event.

Bully's whole fighting style is based on wrestling, and there are actually several wrestling moves that work in real life if you don't fake them (called shoot moves). I play her in the style of the "big wrestler", the one who absorbs multiple enemy attacks without being knocked off of their feet, usually retaliating with a single huge power move that utterly floors the weaker opponent. Brock Lesnar is the perfect comparison. Traditionally big wrestlers require huge high-risk moves to take out, and their lack of dodging ability sets up the potential for their smaller opponents to possibly defeat them. It's all in the storytelling and the suspense of the high-speed stunts.

PS: They actually banned chair shots to the head many years ago after Chris Benoit suffered brain damage from them and murdered his whole family in a paranoid psychotic episode where he wasn't even aware of what he was doing. In the modern era weapon shots are much more rare than they were in the 90s when wrestlers were billed as practically superhuman.
