I like Debbi's misadventures, but it's increasingly difficult to understand why she just doesn't walk away or report her coercion to the parents of those involved or the police.

The potential cost of threats have now been outweighed by the increasingly bizarre demands and the much wider circle of those involved.

I mean. This just opens the possibilities for other things. Maybe it's time for Jessica to get her comuppance?

I agree totally, maybe it's run its course in the current direction. All it needs is a change in dynamic.

Too soon to end, but if the author has run out of ideas maybe we can get an end to the story instead, although it will be missed.

I think a certain suspension of belief is necessary for just about every story on this and any other board. Jessica getting her comeuppance does not interest me. I'll give some thought as to how else I can shift the dynamic and what the way forward might be.

Yes you definatly need some suspension of belief for a lot of these stories dosn't make them any less fun though.

I have personally never been a fan of revenge in my stories either. I like to keep my victims as victims for the most part!

I agree with SDS in that I have ever been a fan of Revenge stories either. I think revenge stories take away from the excitement of the original plot and the vast majority of time are highly predictable. My personal and very humble opinion is that, although this story moves at a very slow pace, it is only now getting quite interesting. To slide into our heroine getting revenge now would deny the rest of us her climatic exposure and humiliation that we have been teased with so far.

It was originally intended to just be a one off stand alone story, as you'll see by scrolling back to the start of the thread. But people wanted a continuation. But yeah, maybe it's run out of road.

Oh dear, dear, dear. Such negative thinking. I hope you'll ignore the Debbie-Downers (pardon the pun) and continue on. The more the exposure, the wider the group involved in her humiliation, the greater the risks of her tasks are what we, in this genre, LIVE for. So far you have been cautiously advancing the plot. Perhaps instead of ending this story, it is time to plow ahead into full scale exposure - whether it is totally grounded in believability or not. Some of my favorites and some of THE most popular stories in cyberspace walk the edge sometimes like the all time classic stories, "Surprise Assembly" or SDS's "Trisha the Terrible" or Blzr's, "Those Darn Pictures."

Let your imagination fly.
