For sure you should write another chapter for this. The next day his sister could make him walk naked to the park where she has arranged for even more younger girls to be there (even a girls scout troup who have never seen naked guy before). She could also arrange to have him loaned out to other girls who are having parties, sleepovers, etc. where he would be the only male of course and totally bare naked at that. Many possibilities.

Perhaps before he wakes up he is stripped in bed and then from when he wakes up, he is naked until it's time to go back to bed lol. Of course, it will be a struggle to be hidden, and sometimes the sister just wants him exposed.
