New(d) Swim Facility pt. 1

Tony Rogers was getting tired of the bartending business after 20 years in the biz he craved for something new and different to do. He was probably the most famous bartender in town so he had made a lot of "non-taxable" tips and was able to put a good chunk of change together. With his wife Susan's solid accounting job he felt now was the time for change, but what. He met Susan back when he was 20 she was 18 and a year later they were married. They also have the love of their life their 18 year old daughter Lisa.


Susan asked Roger what he had in mind and all Roger could think of was a club of some kind, with so many people knowing him from around town he might be able to attract a lot of members but what kind of club. He sat down to read the paper and noticed the city was closing down the pool the family used in there neighborhood leaving only one in the area and then a plan hit him.


This particular pool was in a solid building besides the men' locker room being quite run down, the city didn't want to spend the money on repairs, the rest wasn't bad. There was also a small workout area for aerobics or dance with big windows that overlooked the pool area with the office down below with big windows overlooking the pool area. At the other end of the pool was a very nice sauna which Roger and Susan especially liked going too it really reminded them of their travels to Europe but they always commented how much nicer it would be if like in Europe they could have the sauna with no bathing suit on, so much more comfortable.

Roger made some inquiries talked to some wealthier contacts he made over the years and then to the banks everything seemed very possible for the new idea formulating in his head. He then had Susan and Lisa sit down to here his idea on the new venture he wanted to do.

The plan was to take over the swim facility as a club but with a more european flavor. The plan was curtailed in the fact that with only one viable locker room and with renovations for just a small staff locker room he was going to open a club for men to be able to swim nude use the sauna nude much like in the old days there was also a large room off the locker area that Roger could make into a card and games room where the members could relax have a beer or scotch and get into some good poker games, this was Roger's expertise and he really wanted to make this room a good moneymaker to help make sure the club was viable. Susan and Lisa were a bit taken aback but they saw Roger's enthusiasm so got behind him very quickly on the plan. Susan said she could help set up the office and membership plans getting the administrative end of things in order. Lisa asked how she could help so her Dad told her she can help Mom plus help him hire the staff. They were going to have to hire a cleaner a bartender and probably about 6 f/t or p/t lifeguards for the pool area. Lisa said she even knew a couple of guys that were lifeguards that were going to the same local college as her in the fall that she could ask. Roger warned her that the lifeguards would also have to be naked on the job to help make the members feel more at ease with the nude aspect bt he was willing t pay more and they would probably make some grats from the members as well. Lisa thougt that over and said well I can ask them anyway.

The family went to work immediately Roger got the deal done and started on the renovations, he figured it would take about three weeks for that to be done he was also around town letting all the guys who knew him about his venture getting lots to sign up also men in his own neighborhood whothe family had many block parties with were joining up and a lot of former users of the pool were joining so they could continue to use the conveniant facility were joining.

Roger figured he was getting close to the amount of membership he needed to make it work. Susan his wife was working hard on the office details she even asked to have her duties at her own work cut back so she could spend more time with the families new venture. A week later Lisa met up with Doug and Paul at the hamburger joint, they were the two lifeguards she knew, they had gone through high school together and were friends of Lisa's ex-boyfriend, they broke up because he was going away to university across the country and they decided to just stay friends as the distance would be too much for their relationship. She liked when they had hung out with Doug and Paul both were about 6 feet tall with good builds, well they were swimmers, Doug had blonde hair while Paul was dark haired with the dark eyes Lisa really liked. Lisa told the guys about her famlies new venture and that they were hiring lifeguards. She also told them that since it was nude only in the pool they would have to be naked when working there she was a little red when telling them this. The guys were a little taken back by this, they had always said to themselves that if there best friend wasn't going out with Lisa in high school they would both be tryig to ask her out, she had dark hair with a pretty face and smile and a nice body breasts not too large and a beautiful behind. Paul's first question was to ask Lisa if she would be working there which she replied that she would be in the office and reception. They both said they were not happy where they were, not getting enough hours and all plus more money really woud help as they went to college so Lisa invited them over for supper on Sunday so Dad could talk to them about the jobs. Sunday dinner came and Roger sold the guys on coming to work for the new club. The following day Lisa and her dad interviwed for the rest of the jobs and Lisa was quite excited about the rest of the lifeguards they decided on especially Tony who she really had an eye for. She did not know what to expect but she figured she was going to see all these guys naked at work and just hoped she could keep her composure. She was telling her best friends Tina and Julie all about the families new venture and they were asking no pleading if they could get a job there. Then when they heard that Doug and Paul were going to work there they began to beg, Lisa told them she would talk to her dad. Doug and Paul always teased Tina and Julie in high school quite bad, almost cruel and if they could get a chance to see them naked it would make up for a lot of what they put them through.

It was getting close to opening and Roger and Susan lay in bed talking about the club. Roger questioned whether he should really let Lisa work there with all the male nudity heck he'll be nude around there a lot himself how is she going to handle all this. Susan calmed him saying they raised a very bright and solid daughter she would handle it fine, it's a little different for a young lady to see nude men then it is the other way around , it won't affect her work. Roger asked about her friends Tina and Julie it seemed like it was just yesterday they were all in the backyard celebrating Lisa's 12th birthday and now he would be naked in front of them. Susan assured him their parents were fine with it they were becoming adults and felt they would handle it really well. Roger finally asked Susan how she was with it and she told him she was very excited about it. Getting to see all the male neighbors in the buff she was becoming the envy of the neighorhood wives. The two then got busy in bed. Roger did notice the sex with Susan was becoming the best since they were first married maybe this whole idea wasn't so bad after all even if it doesn't succeed.

It was now the day before opening and Roger called in all the lifeguards to get accustomed to the facility and to help with some finishing touches in the pool area. Lisa and her mom were working in the office/reception area and were told to direct the guys to the staff lockers where Roger waited for them. From the vantage point of coming in the door a wall blocked the fact that the rest of the office overlooked the pool. As Doug and Paul entered Lisa greeted them and told them the instructions for the day at the pool, they felt even more at ease when they saw no site of the pool from the part of the office they viewed. Tony entered and after Lisa sent him on she confided in her mom the feelings she had towards him and whether this type of work situation would hurt any chance of something more. Susan told her daughter that it may it all depends on whether Tony could deal with it.


Roger now had his pool staff assembled and briefed them again on their role, the place was going to be much like the men's locker room only all over the building, they were to not only watch the pool for safety but to also make sure member's had towels or any other help they may require. He went on to tell them that they were required to fill out reports at the end of the shift and read previous reports at the start to make sure all aspects are covered. They could do this at the desk in the office area just off the pool. This sent a lot of shocked faces towards Roger, Doug and Paul looked at each other as they started to get pale. Roger noticing something asked the two what was wrong which they replied they did not realize they would be naked around women especially his daughter. Roger apologized as he thought they knew but tried to plead with the guys that the office staff would act in a professional matter and that it would eventually be a comfortable situation, the last thing he needed was staff walking out the day before opening. He told them the members were notified when they signed up and it did not deter their joining so that with a professional attitude by everyone this could work, plus he pleaded that with opening day tomorrow he could not afford no lifeguards. This final plea got the guys on his side so he told them to let's all remove our clothing to help get comfortable with the situation and go out to the pool.


Lisa working hard at her desk looked up and noticed the guys out in the pool area sorting equipment out she could not help but stare, hopefully she could get the curiosity out of her system when they were out there so as to make it more comfortable when they came in the office for report training. She got a look at Tony and was pleased with what she saw, and then she looked at Doug and Paul and just had to giggle. Her mother asked her what she was giggling about and then saw the guys out in the pool. She told Lisa not to be giggling when the guys were in here which she knew Lisa knew already.


Doug was out in the pool area forever taking peaks in towards the office wandering if Lisa was staring at him now, he always felt his penis never looked so big when he was flacid but actually quite the average when hard. Roger had the guys stand outside while he went in to see if the ladies were ready, Lisa's first close view of her naked dad was a little awkward but her dad's ease of being naked seem to deaden any of the initial shock and gave her a comfort feeling she needed at that point. He told Lisa he and mom had to go down and get finishing touches done to the games room, she was in charge of the report training for the guys, Lisa begged for one of them to stay but knew time was running out for the opening and everything had to be ready. Lisa opened the office door and invited the guys in, it certainly was one of the more surreal moments in her life as the six naked physiques stood before her. She got through it and told the guys to relax as the rest of the reception staff were due in shortly and they were all to get introduced and her dad wanted to say a few words.

Lisa went over and sat with Doug and Paul and apologized for the situation, the guys were getting a little more comfortable but asked her if their were anymore females working in the office. She told them two more and saw their eyes dispair, she felt she better tell them now, it's Tina and Julie she said and the guys immediately got up and started cursing. No way. How could she hire them knowing this. Lisa again apologized and did her best to smooth things over, her dad would have been proud. With the money they were making there they couldn't afford to back out now, Lisa had acted very well with their nudity hopefully the other girls would too, in the back of their mind though.


As the guys stood around talking Doug knew that by the look on their faces Tina and Julie finally arrived. Him and Paul stood there feeling safe with their backs towards them, knowing that it wouldn't last. Lisa was introducing the girls to the rest of the room and finally brought them over to their two foes. The guys slowly turned around and looked into the girls’ eyes but the girls weren't looking into theirs, they were looking straight down with little smirks on their face. Their smugness as they said hello was tough to take and their constant giggles were almost unbearable. The guys quickly retreated to the other side of the room, both questioning whether the money was worth it.


Lisa came over after awhile and told them she felt bad the way the girls acted. The guys again expressed their doubts about working here. She told them she would talk to the girls about professionalism, but now that they've seen them it couldn't get any worse so they may as well stay. Again they agreed but don't plan on them being friendly to the two. Lisa told them other than they're short time in the office they wouldn't even see the two. Lisa felt she was getting good at putting out the fires.

Tomorrow Opening Day.

It was now three months since the club had been opened Doug and Paul sat in the office, Paul finishing a report to end his shift and Doug reading a few. Their minds weren't on their reports though; they were anxiously awaiting the arrival of the new lifeguard. Even Tina working in the office today could not get under their skin.

It was a week ago that Roger told the guys he was looking for another lifeguard. This got Doug and Paul thinking about Pam, she was a couple of years older than they were but they had worked with her at different pools around town. Pam had a pretty face with her blonde hair and knockout body, which the guys got to study a lot being lifeguards and wearing bathing suits and all. Doug had almost got a look at her large breasts when he walked in on her changing at a job about a year ago, but she managed to turn and grab a towel before he could see anything. The guys caught up with Pam a week ago to tell her about the new job opening. They just had to sell her on it, but she was being a tough sell. She finally told the guys she would go talk to Roger about the job but no guarantees, the idea of being naked was a big deterrent. The guys could not believe their luck when a couple of days ago Roger told them he hired Pam and now it was time for her first shift, they just hoped that they could remain in control when they saw her naked body.


They even started bragging to Tina about there being some naked females around here finally. "Hold it guys, I didn't think it was right to ask Pam to work naked so I just left it up to her, she's an excellent lifeguard, that's the important part, sorry if you were expecting anything different. Doug you are with her today, show her the ropes", Roger explained. All the guys could hear in the background was Tina's shrilling laughter. Their faces dropped in disappointment as Roger left. Doug and Pam went out to the pool area to begin work.

"I hope you guys didn't just inform me of the job so you could see me naked, I consider you and Paul friends, so I hope you really wanted me working here", Pam questioned Doug. "Pam I do enjoy working with you and your friendship, but with the size of my flaccid penis do you really think I would want you working here if you were not naked too" Doug griped. Then a month ago when her dad offered the pool to her colleges' male swim team when their pool was closed for 3 weeks. Roger walked into the office as his wife Susan and daughter Lisa were looking over the books. "Well how has our first four months gone are we looking steady?" he asked. "Yeah were holding our own but I sure would like to see us create some more revenue", Susan replied. "The exercise equipment upstairs is seeing a lot of traffic and Michelle is doing real well", Roger summarized. Michelle was the masseuse Roger added last month he still remembers that first day. He walked into the office naked and there Lisa was talking to this tall dark haired beautiful lady around 30 years old he figured. Lisa introduced her to her dad telling him she was here inquiring about any massage work she could offer the club. Roger apologized for his nudity but she just told him she works around nude people all day it was really no problem and he felt her sincerity. He was amazed by her demeanor and knew the members would too. They sat down right there and discussed a deal; Michelle would be available two days a week. Roger then told her the only spot he had for her to do her work was along the side wall in the male locker room. They had a deal as they stood Roger was so impressed with her charm so much in fact he felt his own charms stirring he said goodbye and retreated out the office. "We could get Michelle in for another day she's always busy, that will help with revenue and maybe we could buy some weights to put in the exercise room that might attract some younger guys to the club", Roger proposed. "Boy daddy I'm going to see half the young guys in the city naked if you start doing that", Lisa giggled. "As long as they pay their membership fee" her dad quipped back.


Susan added "Were getting a lot of phone calls from women, the other pool in the area is really crowded and they are asking us for even one evening a week they can come for a swim, the wives in the neighborhood are asking too." Roger replied "that would be tough to do I only have locker room, they could have the pool but I can't close the locker room to the members, they have to get into the games room that's important and guys are still going to want to use the exercise room and the sauna, I just don't know." Susan chimed in "remember that sauna club we went to in Amsterdam it only had one unisex locker room, maybe if we put out a notice to the members explaining the ladies night and the locker room they'll probably be OK with it and those that aren't will probably just stay away. Unless there is a big outcry we could probably do it." Roger commented "well if we did offer the pool they would have to shower naked first before putting on their bathing suit and we couldn't allow them in the sauna with a suit but I guess we could try, I'll have to hire another female lifeguard. We'll go with two swims a week." Susan happily replied "this is great me and Lisa can finally get a chance to use the facilities, we haven't used them since we've opened. "I'm not showering in the male locker room", Lisa blurted in. "Oh we can use the staff locker room", her mother replied.

Women's night came to the club, the first week went smooth the members pretty much stayed away and besides the odd naked guy in the shower and a few naked guys strolling along the pool deck to the sauna the women overall were very comfortable. Word of mouth got out and those apprehensive at first were now coming out, the members became less leery and more and more of them were coming to the club on ladies night, it wasn't uncommon for the shower to be filled with both male and female naked bodies as well as the sauna. Everyone showed respect towards each other and it was becoming some of the busiest nights at the club.

A week later Doug was in the office at the end of his shift, Lisa and Pam were at another desk. Doug was hurrying to get his reports done because it was ladies night and he wanted to get out of there before all the ladies showed up to the pool and he would have to walk naked by them to get to the staff room. Lisa and Pam kept trying to distract him to slow him up. Then Roger walked in and said "Good, Doug you are still here I need a favor Tanya called in sick, would you be able to stay on and lifeguard the women tonight." "No, no way, well can I wear a swimsuit", Doug inquired. "You know I can't let you do that but please it would be a big favor come on bud will you help us out", Roger pleaded. Doug quietly whispered "Ya OK boss I will let all the women in this city see me naked." Roger thanked him and left the office. Lisa spoke up "don't worry Doug my mom's finally got me coming out for a swim tonight, I won't fake any drownings so you can stay perched up in your high chair and not down exposing yourself." The girls laughed.

Lisa and her mom finished the last of their laps and were standing in the shallow end. "Shall we go have a sauna Lisa", her mom asked. "I can't mom there's members in the sauna and Doug's working tonight, I can't let him see me taking off my bathing suit, he's never seen me naked, I'd lose the upper hand", Lisa begged. "Now listen nobody should have any upper hand or control over anyone else, Doug has shown very good professionalism working here naked in front of all you girls you shouldn't have any thoughts that he won't continue even if he sees you naked", mom lectured Lisa. Doug noticed Lisa and her mom get out of the pool and walk towards the sauna, he thought wow is Lisa going into the sauna, she'll have to strip down. His eyes were totally on the two ladies now.

Lisa got over to the sauna and started taking her bathing suit off with her back towards Doug, she grabbed a towel and said to herself oh what the heck, without wrapping the towel around her she just held it in her hand and turned around, she stood there quite awhile waiting for her mom to undress. Pam sat on her perch watching all this Lisa was standing there naked, she then
looked over to Doug and couldn't believe her eyes, Doug's penis was rising out of control.

"Could you please get me a float board", a young women in her early 20's yelled up to Doug. Doug whispered "Lisa go put your bathing suit on you're making me erect." Lisa chuckled "oh so now you don't want to see me naked boy you guys." Lisa please!" Lisa went back over and put her bathing suit on and went to see her mom who was standing with some ladies around. The ladies had seen Lisa walking around the pool deck naked and were suggesting to Susan maybe she should make these nude swims. Susan told them that that might scare some women away but she would suggest to Roger about possibly making it clothing optional.

Lisa, Doug and Pam sat in the office at the end of the evening getting the reports done. Doug spoke out "thanks Pam for getting me out of that jam tonight." Pam replied "hey what are friends for, you sure were right when you told me you looked a lot different hard, you were looking like a man tonight."

Roger came walking into the office looking at Pam "the ladies have asked that we go with a bathing suit optional swim which we have agreed, it means however that the lifeguards working will have to be naked, I've also decided that we may as well go with all lifeguards naked all the time. Pam I know we had a deal but things have changed since if you're not comfortable with this and can't accept it I'll understand but we'd really like you to stay. You are one of our best lifeguards but the final decision is yours." Pam looking a little shocked finally said "I really like the people here my shifts are great, the money is good, it's going to be hard but I guess I'll stay." Roger thanked her and then stated "there's a few other changes as well, from now on all staff on the pool deck must be naked that includes office staff, so if they have to take a message to a member in the sauna they'll have to strip down." "Daddy", Lisa blared out. "I'm sorry but from what I understand your naked walk on the pool deck is what started all this", Roger quickly replied and then left the office.

The girls looked over at Doug as the big smile on his face said it all. He thought, yeah things are finally evening out here. He then queried "Pam would you mind taking your bathing suit off now I'd really like to get seeing you naked for the first time over with now rather than later in front of a lot of people, it could certainly avoid a lot of embarrassment for me as you know." Pam felt she might as well get it over with now and took off her suit. Lisa looked at Doug as his mouth dropped open and Mr. Happy was growing up to reach the sky. She turned to Pam laughingly saying "you're right Pam ole Dougie really does have a manly side to him".


Doug just let them laugh and stare he knew now he had the best job a 19-year-old could have.
