Wow excellent part 2! So many great things happening, watching him from her room and walking in to brush her teeth with him, and especially the way she teases him, the way he let her see for a moment, the "boing!", that he actually cleaned the sink before wrapping the towel around himself, that she teased him even more by letting him see down her top and discarding the towel, and that he returns to his room naked, it's all so good.
Not to mention all the little bits of psychology explaining their mindsets. Perfection!

Just keep going in a direction that feels ‘natural’ to you.
Adding more girls to be exposed to is almost always a good idea, but it can be tricky.
Maybe involve the mother in some way?

Another suggestion:

We know Jim likes to take a shower before bed each night.
One night, when mom is not there, Lola goes into the bathroom first and she gets into the bathtub. The door is left partially open,
and when Jim comes in, he doesn't know what to do at first as he stares at sister's partially exposed breasts.

Reaching out her hand, holding the bar of soap, "Do you want to do my back?" Lola asks.

I like how she calls him the little guy who is shy about his little birdie, and yet he still lets her sister watch him naked

You are doing great showing how he feels the urge to be naked and humiliated around his dressed up sister, I wonder where that leads him

I've really tried my best to write another chapter involving the great ideas you suggested to me but it turned out to be impossible to write something coherent with the plot.

I wanted to keep the boy naked for a long time and tease him more but a accident can't lead to something like it.

I'm really sorry. Maybe will share what I've written as a completely different story... Without the phycology and everything...
