I have a story idea it goes in the following way

9 cousins (4 boys and 5girls) get together for their vacation at their grandparents farm. The grandmother is a firm believer in young boys should be spanked as punishment. The girls trick the boys into getting into trouble and they get spanked by their grandmother bare ass. The girls are also allowed to spank their cousins. The eldest cousin Raul(16) doesn’t like this, getting spanked by his twin sister Maria(16). The twins parents like the idea and enforce this at their home. Raul has a romantic interest on his neighbour Mia(15) and dreams about watching her naked. Maria knows about Raul’s interest in Mia and plans to embarrass him before her.

Sounds like it could be an interesting story.
I suggest cutting it down from 9 cousins to a more easily manageable number.
I have done stories where six or more characters are in a scene, so believe me...those are difficult to do.

It looks like a very exciting and inspiring topic. If the goal is to embarrass the sisters' brothers in front of others; The identities of these other people and what will happen before and after the sentence should be discussed in detail. For example, if Raul is to be humiliated in front of Mia, he should first be forced to undress slowly in front of her, and after being spanked, he should be thrown into the corner and then apologize with teary eyes in front of Mia.
