This year at the beginning of the Archbishops College academic year when the recently turned sixteen year old Andrew Marriott had finally succeeded in being enrolled in Beta year in the Senior School of Archbishops College, he had been able from his first day, to wear the full senior boy’s uniform, despite the fact that in the week prior to classes commencing, his very late pubertal development and total lack of public hair had been detected!
This was because the Board of Governors had ruled many years ago that any boy in Alpha or Beta years were to be considered ‘big boys’ regardless of wether they were yet to grow pubic hair.
At the beginning of each trimester at Archbishops College all boys were required to present to the Colleges Health & Well-being Centre for their pre trimester medical checkup. This had been a relatively easy incumbence for Andrew’s parents as they lived only forty minutes from Broad Riddle where the college was located.
These checkups were overseen by either one of the two college doctors, supported by one or more of the five fully qualified nurses, plus the college dentist and dental nurse allocated to the centre.
Although Andrew Marriott had recently turned sixteen, his pre trimester medical checkup had revealed that his body was showing only the early signs of puberty, despite his advanced age!
A year ago, aged fifteen, Andrew was five foot four inches tall and his body was showing no signs of the onset of puberty, but now with Andrew having just turned sixteen, his height had finally started to increase, he was now five foot six and his penis had thickened slightly and was marginally longer, though still more boyish looking than manly. His scrotum and testicles had begun thickening soon after he turned fifteen and now at sixteen years of age they had finally begun to drop but his body was still showing no signs of any pubic hair!
Andrew’s very late development and small stature meant that in recent years he would shy away whenever his parents or anyone else wanted to take a picture of him. Few teenage boys want to be reminded that they still look like a little boy. However his parents had insisted on ‘first day’ photos of Andrew dressed in his impressive Archbishops College Senior Boys uniform on the day he he left home to start the new academic year.
Andrew Marriott had transferred in to Archbishops College with only two years of study remaining ahead of him. His parents had been trying to enrol him for the preceding three years upon the recommendation of Andrew’s uncle and Aunty who’s son Edward Marriott was enrolled in the Preparatory School,
When Andrew’s parents Mark and Marilyn Marriott had tried to enrol him at the commencement of his Epsilon year, three years ago, he had not made the cut for the very limited number of vacancies at the very exclusive senior college.
Most boys were enrolled in the Preparatory School in Kappa year when they are 8 to 9 years olds. Even then, applications outnumber available positions and after Kappa year, vacancies only occurred when a boy left the college, which was a relative rarity.
During the next two years, Andrew Marriott’s parents had again tried to enrol Andrew at the commencement of Gamma and Delta years but those two additional attempts like the first had been unsuccessful.
Andrew’s younger first cousin Edward Marriott had been successfully enrolled by his parents into Archbishops College in Kappa year when Edward was eight years old. Edward was now in his last year in the Preparatory School and was currently serving as a Prefect.
As a Prefect, Edward Marriott had soon built a reputation as a Prefect who would use both the slipper and the cane very liberally! He was not the sadistic nasty bully like another current Prefect, Nigel Johns and he didn’t use his position of power as a Prefect to his own advantage, but he never ever showed the slightest constraint or mercy in using both the slipper and the cane on preparatory school boys.
Edward Marriott was neither as arrogant or as conceited as Nigel Johns but he seemed to be obsessed by the power he had as a Prefect, seeing himself, just like Johns, as being almost invincible and untouchable as a Prefect and showed little or no consideration or respect for the feelings of the boys he punished. Marriott’s dictum as a Prefect seemed to be ‘Do as I say and not as I do’.
Andrew Marriott had noticed the shift in his younger cousins attitude ever since Edward had started at Archbishops College and especially so since Edward had been appointed a Prefect. Even though Andrew was three and a half years Edwards senior, his lack of height had recently meant that his first cousin Edward, though not tall for his twelve years of age was almost Andrew’s height and since becoming a Prefect, Edward had treated Andrew with greatly reduced respect.
The major benefit to Andrew of not enrolling until he reached Beta year was that he had not been required to wear the ‘little boy’ special modified senior school uniform that would have told everyone that he still had no pubic hair and was still at stage one of the Tanner Pubic Hair scale.
It was embarrassing enough for Andrew to be fighting this private war with his late developing body. He most certainly didn’t want anyone else making fun of him for it. Especially his thirteen year old sister Terri who was now almost as tall as Andrew, with his breasts that had started filling out nicely, giving her the look of a young woman.
No one but his parents and some medical practitioners at the college and near his home, knew exactly how late a developer Andrew was! It was a secret not known by anyone else, not his sister, uncle’s, aunt’s and cousins and thanks to the Beta year ‘Big Boy’ uniform rule, his very late development was still a tightly kept secret!
The “Puberty – Complications” page of the Unified Kingdoms National Health Service, says that if a girl shows no sign of breast development by thirteen, she may be suffering from delayed puberty. For boys, it’s the testicles that are checked. If there’s no development by fourteen, doctors can look into whether the boys puberty might need a helping hand.
When nothing in the way of pubertal development had happened by his fifteenth birthday, Andrew had admitted his humiliating secret to his parents and requested them to arrange a check up to see if he needed a helping hand to kick start his pubertal development.
Andrew’s parents were very supportive of his concerns once he raised them and they took him first to their local GP, who gave a referral to an endocrinologist.
After speaking to Andrew and his parents, the endocrinologist, Dr. Sidney A Eastman, asked them to leave so he could examine Andrew. The Doctor had Andrew strip naked and had a poke and a prod and asked for details of Andrew’s “most private habits”. Mortifying as this was, Andrew didn’t hold back, determined to get his late development sorted out.
Once Dr. Eastman was done, he brought Andrew’s parents back in. He informed Andrew and his parents that he was convinced, that everything was starting to develop naturally and that Andrew was just a very late developer. It was a relief to Andrew to hear this specialist doctor confirm that at some point, Andrew’s body would get its act together.
Doctor Eastman said that his preferred course of action for constitutional delayed puberty was to wait and reassure, as he was fully confident the late development that Andrew was experiencing would resolve itself naturally, but he also offered a blood tests to rule out categorically anything more serious.
Doctor Eastman told them that many late-maturing boys are often impatient to start growing and do not want to wait another 6-18 months for the pubertal growth spurt to start naturally. Therefore, many pediatric endocrinologists may offer a brief course of testosterone to "jump-start" puberty. He could do that also, but would prefer not too and urged patience to let nature take its course. Andrew’s parents agreed to this course of action despite Andrew’s desire to undertake a brief course of treatment that would speed his development along!
It sounded to Andrew that the appointment was now over, but it wasn’t. Dr. Eastman then proceeded to outline to Andrew’s father and mother all the embarrassing information gleaned during his consultation. Andrew’s voice was deepening and he was happy with Andrew’s testicles, they were growing and dropping. Andrew’s penis was also starting to develop and showing early signs of lengthening and thickening. There was however no sign yet, of any pubic hair, Andrew was still at Tanner pubic hair stage one ..... oh ..... and Andrew’s masturbatory habits were perfectly normal!
It was hard to tell who was blushing more, Andrew, his father or his mother at hearing all this intimate detail!
The advice of Dr. Eastman to let nature take its course had also been the advice later on of the doctor from the college Health & Well-being Centre at the pre trimester medical checkup.
The added medical complication for Andrew that made the doctors reticent to administer a short testosterone course of treatment was the fact that his testicles had by age sixteen, more or less developed just fine. He was officially a late developer as they had not began to develop by the time he turned fourteen but soon after he turned fifteen they had! It was the rest of his body that refused to grow up!
So it was that upon entering Beta year aged sixteen, Andrew Marriott still looked like a thirteen or fourteen year old underdeveloped epsilon boy! As Andrew’s friends had gone through puberty, Andrew remained stubbornly boyish and undeveloped. By his current age of sixteen he was beyond getting concerned, he was getting desperately anxious that he would ever catch back up with his peers and was paranoid that his ‘secret’ would be discovered before he did!
Andrew had gone through the first two of his teenage years convinced things would soon come right. He was always a little small for his age, but that was never a big issue and he compensated by being funny enough to get away with being the smallest kid in class.
By the time he was fifteen, all the other boys had shot up, their voices had got deeper, their bodies hairier. The local swimming pool and his old schools sports changing rooms had became conflicting places, at once fascinating but also terrifying!
Andrew had found out in interviews during his late pubertal development medical with Dr. Eastman and his parents, that his father and his uncle’s had all been late developers themselves, hinting at hereditary traits in his father’s family of a history of late development.
Andrew’s father Mark was 5ft 8in tall, not tall by any means, but not short either. Mark Marriott’s younger brother Luke, the father of Edward Marriott was of similar height. Mark Marriott’s older brother Matthew, the father of thirteen year old twins Charles and Anne along with newly turned twelve year old William, was an inch taller than his brothers Mark and Luke. Andrew’s mother Marilyn was 5ft 6in, a very respectable height for a woman, but she too had advised that she not commenced puberty till she was nearly thirteen.
One of the worst aspects of being a very late developer was the increasing realisation, as he progressed through his early teenage years, that girls loved all this growth and development stuff.
Recently at home, he had despaired when he overheard his sister along with a bunch of his sisters girl friends and his girl cousins rating the broadness of the shoulders of his first cousins Charles, William and Edward in comparison to his own, then a little later when he heard the group discussing the size difference between the obvious bulges in the various local boys pants compared to his cousins and his own, he despaired even more!
There was never a chance of a very noticeable bulge in his pants, even with an erection and it seemed from the discussion that he overheard that this was one of the reasons girls took little notice of him. Fortunately his cousins Charles and Edward never showed much of a bulge either, so that at least did not add to his despair!
Andrew’s thirteen year old sister Terri’s noticeable breasts seemed to clearly indicated that unlike Andrew, she had started her journey through puberty.
Edward had a younger sister Liz who had recently turned eleven and like Andrew’s sister was growing taller and catching up to her brother Edward in height. Liz was already showing some breast development, hinting that she also might be further down the pathway of puberty than Andrew was!
Charles’ twin sister Anne was thirteen but unlike Liz or Terri, she hardly showed any signs of pubertal development and the recently turned twelve year old, William, still looked a prepubescent little boy!

Due to his boyish stature and looks, girls never seemed to take an interest in him, he was now sixteen, looked thirteen, was short, had no noticeable bulge in his groin or an Adam’s Apple, had never had a girlfriend and was still a complete virgin!
At his old school most of his friends had stuck with him but even there he could sense a cooling of their friendships by the time he was finishing up to move to Archbishops College. He had noticed especially in the last year that his school friends didn’t want to be seen as being too close a friend to a boy who looked so much younger than he really was!
After his pre trimester medical checkup Andrew did something he should have done a long time before, he talked openly to his parents about his concerns about his lack of development.
His fathers advice was a mixture of the positive and the practical. Mr Marriott said he would happily continue to take his son to see specialist doctors outside of Archbishops College about Andrew’s late development, but advised that he was totally satisfied with the college doctors monitoring of Andrew’s health and development.
When he told his father how badly he wanted an Adam’s apple, his father responded by telling Andrew that it was one of the stupidest things he’d ever heard!
Almost as soon as Andrew had started at Archbishops College, he had noticed Ryan Adam’s, dressed in his senior school ‘little boy’ uniform. He soon found out that Adam’s had the dubious distinction of being the only boy in Gamma year to yet grow pubic hair, which made Adam’s officially the oldest late developing ‘little boy’ in Archbishops College.
Andrew Marriott was not much older than Adam’s, but that little extra bit of age meant that Andrew was in Beta year, a year ahead of Adam’s and so by decree of the Board of Governors, he was no longer a ‘little boy’, despite still technically being one as he had no pubic hair! He knew how Adam’s must be feeling!
At the same time that Andrew Marriott had commenced at Archbishops College at the beginning of Autumnus Trimester in early September, a new Classics Master had also been appointed to Archbishops College to start the new academic year.
The new master was an ex pupil of Archbishops College, 38 year old Dr Michael Smith. He was an ex pupil, having attended Archbishops College between the years 1992 to 2002. He had commenced at the college in the Preparatory school as an eighth year old Kappa year student, was a Prefect in his Eta and Zeta years and again in his Beta and Alpha years. Finishing as the academic ‘Dux’ of the college in his Alpha year.
As well as his academic achievements Michael Smith was an athlete of high quality and he had been a competitor in the Modern Olympics in Modern Freestyle Wrestling. He represented the Unified Kingdom at the 2004 and 2008 Olympics, attaining a bronze medal at the 2008 games.
Dr Smith undertook his academic training at New College, Agatha after leaving Archbishops College attaining four degrees, B.A., M.A., MPhil, PhD.
Before commencing at Archbishops College he had taught widely in the Unified Kingdom, Romana and Hellás. His research at university had focused on using inter-disciplinary approaches to the literary, epigraphic and material evidence, to investigate ancient societies. Dr Smith believed passionately in making the ancient world as accessible as possible to a wider audience by recreating ancient traditions and spectacles!
At Archbishops College as well as being Classics Master, Dr Smith being a bronze medalist in Modern Freestyle Wrestling, had offered, to assist the Sports Master by introducing the ancient sport of Palé or as it was now more commonly called, Classical Hellás Wrestling, in which he had became an expert whilst teaching in Hellás.
As Dr Smith was an ex-pupil of Archbishops College he was very familiar with the college’s naked swimming rules and it’s other traditions and tolerance to nudity. Therefore he was keen for the boys who opted to take Classical Hellás Wrestling to undertake the sport in the traditional historical nude style, just like it had been done in Ancient Hellás.
The Board of Governors and the Headmaster were very keen to obtain Dr Michael Smiths services as the new Classics Master and to assist his decision to join the faculty they were only too happy to approve Dr Smiths request to introduce Classical Hellás Wrestling with all of its associated traditions into the curriculum of Archbishops College.
This approval had massive implications for any senior school boy and any preparatory school Prefect who choose to undertake Classical Hellás Wrestling. They would not normally be naked at swimming but as it would be sacrilegious, disrespectful and against the rules, to not be totally naked whilst participating in Classical Hellás Wrestling the boys would have to ‘reveal all’ whilst participating in the new wrestling tournaments at Archbishops College .
Palé was the most popular organized sport in Ancient Hellás. Every year the ultimate competition was at the ancient Hellás Olympics. From the earliest times, in all Palé contests, both major or minor, the male athletes wrestled each other naked.
Wrestling was the first competition to be added to the Ancient Hellás Olympic Games that was not a footrace. It was added in 708 B.C. Wrestling was regarded as the best expression of strength out of all of the sport competitions in ancient Hellás and the competitions were held in elimination-tournament style until one wrestler was crowned the victor.
Andrew Marriott unsuspecting of the consequences had enrolled in ‘wrestling’ as his college sport. He did not really have much a choice, as being a new enrolment in Beta year, all the available positions in the other team sports offered, like cricket, rugby, tennis, badminton, athletics, basketball, hockey, swimming and football were already taken by boys who had been at the college for many years prior and were already experienced in playing for the college teams.
Despite the fact that Andrew had never wrestled before, he was motivated by the fact that the coach would be an ex Olympics Bronze Medalist in Wrestling. He did not know anything about the differences between the various styles of wrestling. To him wrestling was wrestling and ‘Classical Hellás Wrestling’ meant nothing special to him!
Although he was small for his age, being five foot six tall and weighing 115lbs, Andrew was very fit and as the wrestling would be done by weight division, he felt he could use his age maturity to psyche out younger wrestlers who would be in the same division as himself. Andrew’s weigh of 115lbs meant he would be competing mostly against boys aged eleven to fourteen years of age.
Dr. Smith had decided on four weight divisions for the boys wrestling competitions at Archbishops College. They would be: Under 100lbs, consisting mostly of 8 to 11 year old boys. 101lbs - 125lbs, consisting mostly of 11 to 14 year old boys. 126lbs - 150lbs, consisting mostly of 13 to 16 year old boys and above 150lbs, consisting mostly of 15 to 18 year old boys.
Not a lot of boys enrolled in Wrestling and after sports enrolment was concluded, Andrew found that the 101lbs - 125lbs group consisted of only five other boys.
Twelve year old Zeta boys, Oliver Henry and Malcolm Harley, thirteen year old Epsilon boys, Errol Forsyth and Roger Armstrong and fourteen year old Delta boy, Trent Carter.
Despite the Board of Governors and the Headmasters enthusiasm to procure the appointment of Dr. Smith and approve his request to introduce Classical Hellás Wrestling with all of its associated traditions into the curriculum of Archbishops College, they were not prepared, due to the cost, to build a specialist wrestling square of approximately 100 square feet, covered with either sand or earth.
The compromise was mats, that could be rolled out onto the floor of the disused boxing room, that adjoined the main college gym.
For over thirty years boxing had no longer been considered a responsible and suitable sport for boys attending Archbishops College to participate in, so the four old boxing rings had long ago been dismantled and since the new drama building had been built five years ago, the room had only been spasmodically used.
The four old dismantled boxing rings had been 20 feet square, so the available space for the wrestling area was very close to the required 100 square feet, due to the spaces originally left between the four rinks.
As an added bonus the old wooden bleachers were still in situ around three walls of the room. Steps provide access from he floor to the three horizontal rows of seats, with every second step gaining access to a row of benches made from simple wooden planks. The old bleachers were open to the floor below so that there was only the planks to sit and walk on.
The far wall of the room had no bleachers, as it still had a shallow compact change room structure, which was just partial walls and did not have a roof, providing just the minimum barrier necessary to prevent people standing on the top row of the bleachers from seeing very much except the occasional head of a tall boy and the top of the seven foot high, five head shower column inside the change room. Apart from the five head shower column, the change room also had two toilet stalls.
Running along the outside wall of the change room wall facing into the main room and bleachers was one timber bench that would be used by the boys competing.
The Board of Governors had named the new Classical Hellás Wrestling room, the ‘Joiner Room’ after Dr John Sumner Joiner the Headmaster of Archbishops College from 1994 to 2002. Dr. Joiner had been the Headmaster for the last eight years that Michael Smith had attended Archbishops College and he had been his Deputy Headmaster whist he was in his first two years of Preparatory School.
The main room and the attached change room with the old shower column and two toilets was very run down and dilapidated, so the Board of Governors had authorised a budget for modernisation of the lights, toilets and shower, plus repairs and painting of the whole ‘Joiner Room’ as well as the purchase of the required matting.
The renovations included not just repairs but the complete replacement of the old seven foot high, five head shower column with a new one and all new tiling. The renovations left just one toilet as the toilet closest to the shower column plus that stalls door were removed and replaced with a three sided full body air dryer, so that the boys did not have to use towels to dry after showering.
The first wrestling lesson with Dr.Smith in the newly renovated Joiner Room was a complete shock for the four boys in the under 100lbs, the six boys in the 101lbs - 125lbs, the eight boys in the 126lbs - 150lbs and the seven boys in the above 150lbs division.
All twenty five boys had never wrestled before and like Andrew, most were partially motivated by the fact that the coach, Dr. Smith was an ex Olympics Bronze Medalist in Wrestling and an ex pupil of the college. None of them knew anything about the differences between the various styles of wrestling.
Therefore when on their first lesson, Dr. Smith drew the attention of the twenty five newly assembled boys to the large sign he had erected on the outside wall of the change room attached above the competitors bench and began to read out the rules of Palé, the ancient sport of Classical Hellás Wrestling, unease and angst quickly began to arise in all of the boys, not just Andrew Marriott.
The very first rule stated ......
Opponents must be naked during the duration of the match
and then the list proceeded to itemised all the ancient rules ......
Grasping the genitals is prohibited
No choking, gouging of the eyes or biting is permitted
No intentional hitting or kicking is permitted
The twisting of fingers with the intention of forcing the opponent to concede defeat is not permitted
All other holds intended to persuade the opponent to concede defeat through pain or fear are permitted and are an integral part of the contest
Infractions shall be punished by immediate whipping by the referee until the undesirable behaviour is stopped
Three points must be scored to win the match
A point can be scored in any of three ways:
*the opponent’s back touching the ground at any time
*the opponent tapping or in some other way making clear that he concedes defeat through pain or fear
*the opponent making contact with the ground outside the allocated wrestling-match area with any part of his body or by being lifted and carried out
After scoring of a point, the opponent must be given one minute to rise to his feet and recover before the wrestling may continue
The match is both started and ended at the signal of the referee
The referee can at any time stop the match if he believes a point has been scored even if the contestants have continued to wrestle unaware of the point having been scored
The referee shall resolve any dispute the contestants have over scoring and their decision shall be final
The wrestling area is indicated by the navy blue matting and is approximately one square plethron, which is approximately the square of one hundred feet.
The contestants shall begin the match at the center of the wrestling area outside of each other’s touching range, the precise distance apart, being at the discretion of the referee
The naked rule was catastrophic for Andrew. His most private secret was about to be exposed despite his concerted effort to keep it secret. Only two things slightly mitigated his humiliation and embarrassment.
Within his own weight division only three of the six boys had started puberty and amongst the twenty five boys who had enrolled in the wrestling program, there was a fifteen year old Delta boy, Paul Drummond, who had also been a former preparatory college prefect who was still deemed a ‘little boy’ but Andrew Marriott was still the oldest ‘little boy’!
These little things helped Andrew a small bit in coping with his imminent exposure, however almost the first thing Dr. Smith had done when the boys first assembled was to have all twenty five boys introduce themselves, so very early on, all the boys knew that the ‘new’ boy Andrew Marriott was older than he looked and was actually sixteen years old and in Beta year.
From the very first time when the twenty five boys were made to strip naked, shower and then begin practicing wrestling moves, Andrew’s late development was completely obvious. He had to be naked to wrestle, but before that he had been required to stand at one of the five shower heads radiating out from the central shower pole in the middle of the change room, facing in towards four other naked boys.
All of the boys who showered that first day with him were in his weight division, twelve year old Zeta boys, Oliver Henry and Malcolm Harley, along with thirteen year old Epsilon boy Errol Forsyth and fourteen year old Delta boy Trent Carter.
The other boy from his weight division thirteen year old Roger Armstrong showered just before Andrew with the four boys from the under 100lbs division.
Armstrong fitted in very well with the four younger prepubescent boys in the under 100lbs division. Despite being older at thirteen years of age, Robinson was showing no signs of puberty. His penis was only about two and a half inches flaccid and still boyishly thin with a tight undeveloped scrotum below. Armstrong had no sign of any pubic hair!
Like himself, Andrew felt Armstrong probably had good reason to feel very humiliated and embarrassed. When introducing himself to the other twenty four boys, he had revealed that he had been a Prefect the last two years in the Preparatory School. Andrew realised that what had been covered for those last two years as a Prefect was now again exposed! This year as an Epsilon year ‘little boy’ pupil, he was required to be naked at swimming and now he was also required to be naked at wrestling!
Standing around the shower column, the two Zeta boys, Oliver Henry and Malcolm Harley both smirked at Andrew Marriott, the sixteen year old who was clearly still a ‘little boy’. From the moment Andrew had undressed and turned to approach the shower, they instantly knew that they were already more developed than this sixteen year old boy. They both had some pubic hair stubble, showing that they were being shaved as part of the Preparatory Schools ‘little boy’ requirements. The size of their penis’ already put Andrew’s penis to shame and their ball sacks had dropped, all these being clear signs that puberty had already well and truly started for both boys as opposed to Andrew.

Before Autumnus trimester, the first trimester of the college year had even commenced, Dr. Michael Smith B.A., M.A., MPhil, PhD. the new Classics Master had decided that he should showcase the new college sport of Classical Hellás Wrestling very early on to the college hierarchy and the parents of the boys who were going to participate in wrestling at the college.
He therefore obtained permission from the Headmaster to hold a wrestling gala, which would take place at 4pm on the last Saturday before the nine day half trimester justitium (mini holiday) at the halfway mark of Autumnus trimester.
Specific invitations were sent to the families of the boys competing, senior masters and their families from the college and a general invitation was sent to all other college staff and all the other families who had boys in attendance at the college.
The vast majority of the spectators would be parents, siblings, relatives and friends, but special guests and some pupils would also be in attendance.
Despite the audience, all twenty five students who were competing were expected to be naked, with no allowance for pubertal development as it would be sacrilegious, disrespectful and against the ancient rules of Palé, for the boys not to be totally naked whilst participating in Classical Hellás Wrestling .
Senior school boys who had reached puberty and had pubic hair, would also be expected to be naked, unlike at swimming where their genitals were covered by black swim briefs. In total seventeen of the twenty five boys had pubic hair, but three of them were kept shaven as they were still in the Preparatory College.
Of the four boys in the under 100lbs division all were prepubescent and had no pubic hair, of the six boys in the 101lbs - 125lbs division, three were without pubic hair, two were kept shaven and one had pubic hair.. Of the eight boys in the 126lbs - 150lbs division, six had pubic hair, one was kept shaved and one did not have pubic hair. Of the seven boys in the above 150lbs division, all had pubic hair!
When announcing the Wrestling Gala to the twenty five students, Dr Smith had stated much to the consternation of the Senior College boys, “Wrestlers will all be naked as per the rules even if you have started puberty and have pubic hair. You may if you wish shave off your pubes, if you have them, but it is not compulsory and personally I feel that if you are in the Senior College, I don’t know why you would shave off your pubes, as they are such a major determiner of status at this college.”
Mark Wong, a delta year boy and one of the six boys in the 126lbs - 150lbs division that had pubes, commented to Dr. Smith, “It’s going to take some courage to be naked in front of others again sir, like I did when I was a Prep boy, but god forbid that my mum, dad, brothers and sisters should see me shaved bald. I’m all for showing my pubes, let the world see I’m no longer a little boy!”
Seventeen of the twenty five boys all laughed at his comment, but not all of them. The prepubescent Preparatory College boys were anxiously awaiting the growth of their first pubes, even though they knew that they would be shaved off when they did begin grow. The Senior College boys who were yet to get their first pubes, felt even more demeaned at Mark Wongs comment than the Prep boys.
Unfortunately for Andrew his parental residence was only forty minutes from Broad Riddle where the college was located and the residences of his aunts and uncles were even closer! This meant, that with the gala being on a Saturday afternoon, not only would his parents and his aunts and uncles be able to attend, but also his sister Terri along with his Marriott cousins, thirteen year old twins Charles and Anne and their newly turned twelve year old brother William as well as Edward Marriott who was currently a Preparatory School Prefect and his eleven year old sister Liz.
They would all see him totally naked for the very first time and find out his most private secret!
Andrew Marriott’s family had always been close, but a lot of that was expressed through taking the mickey out of each other. Andrew was the oldest first cousin on both sides of his family and maybe that’s why Andrew didn’t confide his late development to his boy cousins or his sister, even though they were close and got on together most of the time. Instead he had often boasted that he was much more developed than he really was. Two of the College Board of Governors were in attendance, Air Chief Marshal, Dr Sir Archibald Gattenby, GCB, CVO, MA, PhD and Lady (Daisy Constance) Godolphin, BA, BSc, BTh, along with Dr Elizabeth L Gamble PhD, MA Hon, BA Hon, the Headmistress of St Dunstan’s, the girls college in nearby Broad Riddle.
Dr Smith then introduced the Headmaster of Archbishops College, Dr. C A E Lyttelton
PhD, MA, BA, Grad.Dip. Ed and invited him to speak.
“Distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls”, stated the Headmaster Dr. Lyttelton. It is a pleasure to see such a large audience in attendance for Archbishops College’s first ever Classical Hellás Wrestling Gala.”
“The credit for the idea to introduce Classical Hellás Wrestling this year at Archbishops College goes to our new Classics Master, Dr. Michael Smith. Dr. Smith is an ex pupil of Archbishops College, having attended between the years 1992 to 2002. As a student, he commenced at the college in the Preparatory School as an eighth year old Kappa year student, was a Prefect in his Eta and Zeta years and again in his Beta and Alpha years. He was the academic ‘Dux’ of the college in his Alpha year.”

“So at Archbishops College as well as being Classics Master, Dr Smith being an Olympic bronze medalist in Modern Freestyle Wrestling, offered, to assist the Sports Master by introducing the ancient sport of Palé or as it is now more commonly called, Classical Hellás Wrestling. He had became an expert in this ancient sport whilst teaching in Hellás.”
“When the boys walk out in a few moments to commence the Gala Tournament, you will instantly see that all the boys are totally naked. All twenty five competitors are expected to be naked, even the senior college boys. No. allowance for modesty due to pubertal development, is allowed, in accordance with the ancient rules of Palé as it would be sacrilegious and disrespectful to the ancient traditions, for all the boys not to be totally naked whilst participating in Classical Hellás Wrestling.”
“This insistence on nudity should come as no real surprise to the audience as the college has a long tradition of supporting the Unified Kingdoms historical moral practice of accepting nudity in public and in private as being totally appropriate in the correct situation.”

“I encourage you to enthusiastically support the boys totally nudity tonight and then when you return home, offer your own support to the colleges efforts to minimise excessive modesty in boys and girls, regardless of their age or pubertal development by readopting the lost nudity values of the Unified Kingdom in your own homes.”
When the Headmaster Dr. Lyttelton had finished his thought provoking speech, there were only a few murmurs of dissent. Whispers of “ That’s taking things a little too far!", "Girls need to keep their modesty”, “Attitudes have changed” could be heard here and there, but the vast majority of the audience seemed to enthusiastically support the Headmasters opinion and stance.
Some parents indeed were so enthused that they had already taken to heart the Headmasters opinions and decided to immediately implement a return to traditional Unified Kingdom moral values around nudity at their homes with both their sons and daughters. That group of parents included the three Marriott brothers and their respective wives and their decision would have a profound effect on the future lives of their children, Charles, Anne, William, Edward, Liz, Andrew and Terri.
The speeches over, the capacity audience in the bleachers of the ‘Joiner Room’ was buzzing with excitement. It was full of boys who were glad they were not wrestling, mums, dads, aunts, uncles and siblings and of course members of the college staff and assistants, all of whom were eagerly awaiting the arrival of the wrestlers!
They did not have long to wait before the twenty five totally naked boys appeared out of the shower room and positioned themselves along the competitors bench on the outside wall of the room, facing out towards the fully packed bleachers filled with the enthusiastic audience. All the boys had been warned to keep their arms and hands by their sides, as covering up was definitely frowned upon as excessive modesty at Archbishops College.
The boys appeared in weight division order, first out were the four boys in the under 100lbs division who were all prepubescent and had no pubic hair, next out were the six boys in the 101lbs - 125lbs division, Andrew Marriotts division, three were without pubic hair, two more were kept shaven and only one boy, Errol Forsyth, had pubic hair, which made him stand out from the bald boys who had preceded him. The third group out were the eight boys in the 126lbs - 150lbs division, six had pubic hair, one was kept shaved and one did not have any pubic hair. The fourth and final group was the seven boys in the above 150lbs division, all of the boys in this division had pubic hair on display! Enthusiastic applause greeted each of the groups of naked boys as they trooped out of the shower room.
Photos were snapped and many of the girls and some of the boys in the audience giggled with each other as they looked at the array of twenty five sets of totally exposed boy genitals, noticing which boys had bigger packages and which had smaller packages and which ones had lots of pubic hair, which ones had some pubic hair and which boys had none! Which boys penis’ were erect or semi erect and which ones were flaccid and of those that were flaccid, which boys penis’ flopped around as they walked in and which ones were too small or thin and hardly moved around at all!
It was obvious by the blushing cheeks and chests on many of the Senior College boys that they felt especially embarrassed by their forced display of total nudity. For some of the Senior College boys it was the first time in three or four years, since they finished Preparatory College, that they had been seen naked in public,
Terri Marriott, Andrew’s sister saw her brother first, just moments before the other cousins saw their naked sixteen year old cousin. come out of the shower room. Instantly from where she was sitting,Terri could see her brothers naked bottom and back. She smiled a big grin, knowing that her brother was now totally naked in public and that very soon she would see his naked front and his most private parts for the very first time.
The thing that made this not just extremely humiliating and embarrassing but profoundly so for Andrew was that his thirteen year old sister and all his first cousins on his fathers side were about to discover that despite being the eldest cousin by three years and all his previous boasting about how mature he was, he was in fact barely starting to develop down the path of puberty.
Imminently they were about to find out that he was, at sixteen years of age, officially still a ‘bald little boy’! That meant that his edge as the oldest most mature cousin would be gone. His bragging rights, his commanding presence, all would be greatly reduce or gone!
Andrew managed to keep his naked genitals facing away from his parents, aunts, uncles, sister and first cousins for a few more seconds but the inevitable had to happen. As Andrew arrived at the bench where he had to sit awaiting his matches in the tournament, he turned to sit and they all got their first look at Andrew’s naked genitals.
Terri was flabbergasted with what she saw as she looked at her naked brother for the very first time. Terri giggled then asked, "Mom, he’s not very big and where are his pubes? Does he shave? ".
"Well dear,” her mum Marilyn replied, “Despite Andrew’s age, your brother hasn’t fully started puberty yet, so at the moment your brother still looks very much like a younger boy, which at his age he finds very humiliating and embarrassing, so please don’t stare too much and when you talk later, don’t torment! I don’t want your brother to be anymore embarrassed than he already is!”
“Of course mom” Terri genuinely replied.
“You asked does your brother shave off his pubes, no he doesn’t, he’s yet to grow any pubic hair and as you can now see, his genitals have a fair bit of growth to occur as well. Andrew has only just started his journey through puberty but as you can also see, his scrotum and testicles have already started to grow and soon, so will his penis and his pubic hair.”
Terri nodded acceptance. As she studied her brothers naked body, she noted the small signs of growth, her mother had mentioned, but that growth aside she estimated that he still had a thin boyish penis that was less than three inches flaccid!
Just a bit further along the bleacher that the Marriott family were sitting upon, Edward Marriott exclaimed in amazement, “Oh ... my ... god! Would you look at Andrew .... he’s … he’s … still tiny and bald! He looks nothing like he’s bragged he looked like, .... I can’t believe he’s still totally hairless … I thought… I thought that at his age … that… oh ... my ... god,” Edward repeated, “I thought he would have to be bigger and have at least some pubes, … but… he’s … he’s … still so small and totally bald, he’s still a ‘little boy’!”
“Edward, enough!” his mother Angela admonished. “You just heard your Aunty Marilyn explain how your cousin at his age finds his lack of development very humiliating and embarrassing, so the same goes for you as for Terri, don’t stare and when you talk to your cousin later, don’t torment! I don’t want you adding anything more to Andrew’s obvious embarrassment ... understand?”
“Yes mother” Edward sheepishly replied.
Edwards sister Liz pointed out to her brother that their cousin Andrew’s plump, looking ball sack looked odd compared to his small undeveloped dick.
Before Edward could reply Angela Marriott interjected, “Same applies to you Liz, no tormenting about Andrew’s lack of development!”
“Yes mom, .... “
“Anyway Eddy, Andrews got more balls than you!” Liz teased her brother as she stuck her tongue out at him.
“Enough Liz!” Angela Marriott commanded.
“Yeah well ... at least I don’t try and pretend I have more than I do!” retorted Edward
“Both of you stop it and what exactly do you mean by that comment about your sister Edward ?” Angela Marriott asked her son with annoyance.
“No ... don’t Eddy” Liz begged
“Oh nothing mom ..... “ Edward sheepishly replied.
“Edward, your mother asked you to explain your comment and she is still waiting! Do you want to tell her or do you want a spanking? Just because you’re a Prefect at college and can punish other boys, does not exempt you from being punished at home!” Luke Marriott asserted to his son.
“Umm well ... you see Liz
“Noooo ..... “ Liz interjected
“Enough Liz, go on Edward” Luke Marriott insisted.
“Umm well ... you see Liz pads her training bra with tissues, that’s what I meant!” Edward reluctantly replied.
"Is that true Liz . . . . Do you stuff your training bra with tissues? Luke Marriott asked his daughter.
“ Y ... Yes” Liz replied reluctantly, her face quickly turning crimson with embarrassment and humiliation.
“That’s disgusting Liz, and shows serious excessive modesty. It seems to me that this family needs to fully embrace the Headmasters ideas on a return to the traditional Unified Kingdoms nudity values! if you are stuffing your bra to look more mature than you are, then we need to correct that by having greater openness and the shedding of such false modesty and self image issues! You’re 11 years old Liz, who are you trying to show off too?” Luke Marriott asserted.
“Some of the girls at school have their tits already, I just wanted to fit in” Liz explained.
“Well have I got news for you miss; you're going to be doing a lot of naked showing off from now on. That should totally stop you from having false modesty and self image issues!” Angela Marriott informed her daughter.
"No, Mom, please . . . please, please, no ....."
"I don't know what you're smirking about either Edward," said Luke Marriott to his son, "You have obviously been spying on your sister, so the new nudity rules at home based on your Headmasters ideas will certainly also be applying to you as well when you are at home! That will be something to look forward too, won’t it children.”
"Oh, no, Dad, please, don't make me get naked in front of Liz when I am at home! I’m a Prefect at school, we don’t get naked in front of others.” Edward asserted.
“No more arguments Edward, the decision is made!” Luke Marriott informed his son, who looked very dissatisfied with his fathers ruling.
“Liz, as soon as we get home tonight, it will be naked time. You can’t stuff your training bra if you’re naked. This will be the first time in years that you have been seen naked by me or your father and it sounds like it is long overdue! Angela Marriott informed her blushing daughter.
“But mom, girls need more modesty than boys," pleaded Liz.
"You both most certainly will be naked in front of each other when Edward is at home, as well as naked in front of family and friends," responded Angela Marriott.
“Yes, as the Headmaster stated, modesty and privacy for you kids is a special privilege, not a right in the Unified Kingdom!” Luke Marriott informed his two shocked children.
“Now, enough, Liz and Edward, stop questioning our decisions, stop tormenting each other and watch the wrestling ” Angela Marriott ordered.
A bit further along the bleacher from Edward and his family, thirteen year old twins Charles and Anne and younger brother William were also in shock as they sat looking long and hard at their cousin Andrew’s naked exposed body. As their Aunty Marilyn had just said, Andrew certainly didn’t have a great deal to hide.
Charles, feeling empathy for his cousins humiliating exposure, tried to be positive and said to Anne that their cousins penis looked to him like it had begun to grow a bit, as it looked a bit bigger in size than a little boys prepubescent penis.
“Well you would know” William his recently turned twelve year old brother cheekily responded, “yours is definitely still real little!”

Back along the bleacher, Edward pointed out to his cousins Charles and William that as there appeared to be not a hint of any pubic hair, their sixteen year old cousin was still technically a ‘little boy’!
Anne responded by stating, “Yeah, he’s bald where it matters most for us teenage boys and girls. Edward and Charles the other teenagers present blushed profusely at Anne’s comment and William did not miss their reaction.
“Gee sis, judging by Edward and Charles’ reaction, I think cousin Edward may be as bald as Charles is!” William triumphantly proclaimed to his sister Anne.
Meanwhile Terri had been closely watching her naked brother, she felt he looked like he was about to cry, his bottom lip was quivering. However she was relieved that he didn’t break down! Terri had observed correctly, Andrew was feeling so profoundly humiliated and embarrassed that he was on the verge of breaking down and crying, but he felt, being sixteen years old, that he had to be brave in front of all the younger wrestlers and the audience, despite knowing this experience was going to be an absolutely awful one.
The under 100lbs wrestling division was introduced first, by names, ages and college year. It consisted of four boys from Eta and Zeta years aged eleven and twelve years old. With the division only having four boys, it only required three elimination matches for twelve year old Graham Houston to be crowned the winner. And crowned he literally was, with a traditional Hellás laurel wreath.
The 101lbs to 125lbs wrestling division was introduced next. This was Andrew Marriott’s division. It consisted of six boys. Twelve year old Zeta boys, Oliver Henry and Malcolm Harley, thirteen year old Epsilon boys, Errol Forsyth and Roger Armstrong, fourteen year old Delta boy, Trent Carter and of course sixteen year old Andrew Marriott who was a Beta boy.
Generous applause and a few cheers rang out as each boy in the division was introduced. Poor Andrew felt added humiliation when he was introduced last, being the eldest boy. Everyone in the audience now knew, if they hadn’t already that he was a sixteen year old with a bald little boy’s penis! To make matters worse, as he was introduced, his penis began starting to erect involuntarily, so as he stood there it was soon pointing upwards and out at the audience at all of its four inches of erect glory. Andrew blushed even more profusely as this occurred!
With the division having six boys, there was a need to seed the two highest ranking wrestlers, who would receive a bye in the first round. When he first enrolled, Andrew had hoped that his age advantage would help him psyche out the younger boys, but this had not proven to be the case.
Fourteen year old Delta student Trent Carter was seeded first and thirteen
year old Epsilon boy Errol Forsyth was seeded second. Andrew was drawn to wrestle thirteen year old Roger Armstrong in the first round and he was victorious 3-1.
In the second round Andrew was drawn to wrestle the second seed, Errol Forsyth whilst Zeta boy Malcolm Harley, who had defeated his fellow Zeta year boy Oliver Henry 3-2 was drawn to wrestle Trent Carter.
Andrew put up a good contest but went down 3-2 to Errol Forsyth, whilst Trent Carter defeated Malcolm Harley 3-0. In the final Trent Carter defeated Errol Forsyth 3-2 and was crowned the victor with a traditional Hellás laurel wreath.
Andrew had to sit and wait on the competitors bench whilst the 126lbs to 150lbs division, consisting of thirteen to fifteen year old Epsilon, Delta and Gamma boys and the above 150lbs division , consisting of fourteen to sixteen year old Delta, Gamma and Beta boys competed and the victors were crowned with the traditional Hellás laurel wreaths.
When the wrestling gala was complete, the boys were instructed by Dr. Smith to make their way, not to the sanctuary of the shower room but to their families in the bleachers.
As Andrew walked over to where all the Marriott’s were seated, lots of mums, dads, boys and girls congratulated him on his effort. He heard mainly positive comments but some of the girls he passed were giggling at his nudity "nice bald willy" said one girl, "not much to see, are you really sixteen" another exclaimed as he passed.
When Andrew arrived where his family were sitting, the conversation immediately turned to his excellent effort and to the one topic Andrew was dreading. The naked wrestling rule.
Two school friends of his sister Terri at St Dunstan’s, the girls college in nearby Broad Riddle, had come over to talk with his sister. Andrew had met Barbara Enoch quite a few times when she visited their house, but this situation was very different, Andrew was totally naked and Barbara was fully dressed!
The other girl he had not met, but she looked vaguely familiar. The realisation soon dawned on Andrew from the introductions that the second girl was Rowena Drysdale, the daughter of the Reverend Doctor Drysdale, the Deputy Headmaster in charge of the Preparatory College.
Andrew stood there quietly saying nothing as his mother and father discussed with his aunts and uncles the wrestling gala and then the merits of the Headmasters nudity speech.
Barbara eventually sided up to Andrew and said, "Hello Andrew, I am so glad I came, I enjoyed seeing you and all the older boys naked. I think more older teenage boys should be seen naked, don’t you agree girls?"
With a big grin on her face! Terri nodded approval enthusiastically! Rowena was more suspect, she was already considering the implications of all the talk of naked time for girls as well as boys. She knew almost for certain that her father and mother would enthusiastically adopt the Headmasters call for a return to the Unified Kingdoms traditional nudity values.
As if she had been reading Rowena’s thoughts, Marilyn Marriott informed her daughter and the two girls, “Don’t forget girls, that the Headmasters call for a return to traditional Unified Kingdom naked values means that girls as well as boys are going to be doing a lot of naked showing off from now on, so as to stop the increasing trend towards false modesty and self image issues!”
Rowena Drysdale was not surprised at all by Mrs Marriott’s comment. She had already decided that the return to traditional naked time would undoubtedly mean that she was going to be naked a lot more often than she have been up till now! Even though she was sure she was destined for some embarrassing and humiliating situations herself in the future, her mind was already working out potential advantageous possibilities for her that might eventuate from boys and girls being made to be naked much more often.
"But Mrs Marriott!" Barbara objected, "Girls need more privacy! Why, I'm almost an adult! Surely the naked rules apply only to boys, you can't seriously expect girls to take their clothes off in front of..." Barbara’s voice trailed off as she noticed the silent vertical nodding and the huge grins on the faces of Edward, Charles and William Marriott and Barbara felt the panic rising within her.
“Barbara, the traditional naked values certainly apply equally to girls as well as boys! As soon as we get home tonight, it will be naked time for Terri and I will go over later before we leave and talk with your mother and father, who I see over the other side in the bleachers and discuss with them the rules we intend to implement for our family and certainly, I want to get their agreement that when you visit us next, so you can be naked like my children if it is appropriate!”
Marilyn Marriott then asked Rowena Drysdale if her parents were as enthusiastic about the return to traditional naked time for teens and pre teens as was the Headmaster.
Embarrassing as it was to confess, Rowena knew that telling the truth was nearly always the best course of action, so she confessed, “ My parents have always punished me naked, so I am guessing the return to more traditional naked time will just mean I am going to be naked more often than I have been up till now!”
Both Terri and Barbara gasped at their friends very open response. Even the Marriott fathers, mothers and siblings looked surprised at Rowena’s very honest statement.
In an effort to re focus the conversation away from her naked experiences and back towards the naked boy standing before her, Rowena asked, “How do you feel Andrew about wrestling naked? "
Andrew blushed anew as he thought about his answer, "Well, I think it is unfair. I think it should be the same as for swimming and uniform. It’s embarrassing being made to naked when at all other times I don’t have to be!”
Rowena nodded in agreement, but smiling added, "but by being naked you will almost certainly get more attention from us girls"
"Yeah that’s true,” Barbara responded having recovered from the immediate shock of her friends admission and the possibility of her own imminent nakedness at home, “Now that I am closer to Andrew and can see him better, I think he looks real cute naked!”
Andrew blushed crimson at the comment.
“Oh how cute Andrew, your blushing,” said Rowena, “I find the bald little boy look cute too.”
Rowena’s comments did nothing to ease Andrews embarrassment and humiliation.
Barbara then asked Andrew’s mother, “Can I get a few photos with Andrew as a memento?”
Andrew stared daggers at his sisters school friends, especially at Barbara for her audacity in even asking and so was totally shocked when his mother allowed Barbara’s request!
“Based on the Headmasters philosophy, of parents making every effort to minimise excessive modesty in boys and girls, regardless of their age or pubertal development, I don’t see why not! I saw a lot of people and especially girls taking photos on their mobile phones during the contests. A couple more photos by Barbara won’t make any difference.”
It made a lot of difference to Andrew but he knew his mother, once she made the decision, there was was no point in arguing with her about it! He knew there was no way out of him but to have his photo taken by Barbara!
Soon he was reluctantly smiling and posing totally nude for the camera as Barbara took a couple of photos of him showing all his naked glory. Then Barbara said grinning, "Now some with Rowena and me with you Andrew! " as she handed her mobile phone to Terri and went and stood on one side of Andrew, followed eagerly by Rowena who stood on the other side.
Barbara put her left arm around Andrews shoulder but Rowena put her right arm round his waist, her fingers gently caressing his silky smooth skin just inches from his totally bald genitals, causing his penis to quickly erect to its full four inches. Before Autumnus trimester, the first trimester of the college year had even commenced, Dr. Michael Smith B.A., M.A., MPhil, PhD. the new Classics Master had decided that he should showcase the new college sport of Classical Hellás Wrestling very early on to the college hierarchy and the parents of the boys who were going to participate in wrestling at the college.
He therefore obtained permission from the Headmaster to hold a wrestling gala, which would take place at 4pm on the last Saturday before the nine day half trimester justitium (mini holiday) at the halfway mark of Autumnus trimester.
Specific invitations were sent to the families of the boys competing, senior masters and their families from the college and a general invitation was sent to all other college staff and all the other families who had boys in attendance at the college.
The vast majority of the spectators would be parents, siblings, relatives and friends, but special guests and some pupils would also be in attendance.
Despite the audience, all twenty five students who were competing were expected to be naked, with no allowance for pubertal development as it would be sacrilegious, disrespectful and against the ancient rules of Palé, for the boys not to be totally naked whilst participating in Classical Hellás Wrestling .
Senior school boys who had reached puberty and had pubic hair, would also be expected to be naked, unlike at swimming where their genitals were covered by black swim briefs. In total seventeen of the twenty five boys had pubic hair, but three of them were kept shaven as they were still in the Preparatory College.
Of the four boys in the under 100lbs division all were prepubescent and had no pubic hair, of the six boys in the 101lbs - 125lbs division, three were without pubic hair, two were kept shaven and one had pubic hair.. Of the eight boys in the 126lbs - 150lbs division, six had pubic hair, one was kept shaved and one did not have pubic hair. Of the seven boys in the above 150lbs division, all had pubic hair!
When announcing the Wrestling Gala to the twenty five students, Dr Smith had stated much to the consternation of the Senior College boys, “Wrestlers will all be naked as per the rules even if you have started puberty and have pubic hair. You may if you wish shave off your pubes, if you have them, but it is not compulsory and personally I feel that if you are in the Senior College, I don’t know why you would shave off your pubes, as they are such a major determiner of status at this college.”
Mark Wong, a delta year boy and one of the six boys in the 126lbs - 150lbs division that had pubes, commented to Dr. Smith, “It’s going to take some courage to be naked in front of others again sir, like I did when I was a Prep boy, but god forbid that my mum, dad, brothers and sisters should see me shaved bald. I’m all for showing my pubes, let the world see I’m no longer a little boy!”
Seventeen of the twenty five boys all laughed at his comment, but not all of them. The prepubescent Preparatory College boys were anxiously awaiting the growth of their first pubes, even though they knew that they would be shaved off when they did begin grow. The Senior College boys who were yet to get their first pubes, felt even more demeaned at Mark Wongs comment than the Prep boys.
Unfortunately for Andrew his parental residence was only forty minutes from Broad Riddle where the college was located and the residences of his aunts and uncles were even closer! This meant, that with the gala being on a Saturday afternoon, not only would his parents and his aunts and uncles be able to attend, but also his sister Terri along with his Marriott cousins, thirteen year old twins Charles and Anne and their newly turned twelve year old brother William as well as Edward Marriott who was currently a Preparatory School Prefect and his eleven year old sister Liz.
They would all see him totally naked for the very first time and find out his most private secret!
Andrew Marriott’s family had always been close, but a lot of that was expressed through taking the mickey out of each other. Andrew was the oldest first cousin on both sides of his family and maybe that’s why Andrew didn’t confide his late development to his boy cousins or his sister, even though they were close and got on together most of the time. Two of the College Board of Governors were in attendance, Air Chief Marshal, Dr Sir Archibald Gattenby, GCB, CVO, MA, PhD and Lady (Daisy Constance) Godolphin, BA, BSc, BTh, along with Dr Elizabeth L Gamble PhD, MA Hon, BA Hon, the Headmistress of St Dunstan’s, the girls college in nearby Broad Riddle.
Dr Smith then introduced the Headmaster of Archbishops College, Dr. C A E Lyttelton
PhD, MA, BA, Grad.Dip. Ed and invited him to speak.
“Distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls”, stated the Headmaster Dr. Lyttelton. It is a pleasure to see such a large audience in attendance for Archbishops College’s first ever Classical Hellás Wrestling Gala.”
“The credit for the idea to introduce Classical Hellás Wrestling this year at Archbishops College goes to our new Classics Master, Dr. Michael Smith. Dr. Smith is an ex pupil of Archbishops College, having attended between the years 1992 to 2002. As a student, he commenced at the college in the Preparatory School as an eighth year old Kappa year student, was a Prefect in his Eta and Zeta years and again in his Beta and Alpha years. He was the academic ‘Dux’ of the college in his Alpha year.”
“Dr Smith undertook his tertiary academic training at New College, Agatha after leaving Archbishops College, attaining four degrees, B.A., M.A., MPhil, PhD.”

“So at Archbishops College as well as being Classics Master, Dr Smith being an Olympic bronze medalist in Modern Freestyle Wrestling, offered, to assist the Sports Master by introducing the ancient sport of Palé or as it is now more commonly called, Classical Hellás Wrestling. He had became an expert in this ancient sport whilst teaching in Hellás.”
“When the boys walk out in a few moments to commence the Gala Tournament, you will instantly see that all the boys are totally naked. All twenty five competitors are expected to be naked, even the senior college boys. No. allowance for modesty due to pubertal development, is allowed, in accordance with the ancient rules of Palé as it would be sacrilegious and disrespectful to the ancient traditions, for all the boys not to be totally naked whilst participating in Classical Hellás Wrestling.”
“This insistence on nudity should come as no real surprise to the audience as the college has a long tradition of supporting the Unified Kingdoms historical moral practice of accepting nudity in public and in private as being totally appropriate in the correct situation.”
“Historically at Archbishops College nudity was much more common than it is today. Unfortunately excessive modesty has slowly crept into the schools moral fibre. Despite historical traditions of nakedness, Senior College boys no longer swim naked and even Preparatory College Prefects no longer swim naked. Both these groups now also shower privately instead of communally.”
“I believe this is not a good thing.!”
Thankfully some of the historical traditions, like ‘little boys’ and nakedness for Preparatory School boys at swimming still exists at Archbishops College and the Senior Executive and Board of Governors of the College are currently working on measures to reduce the recent trends towards excessive modesty that has slowly crept into the moral fibre of the college!”

It’s a reminder to them that they are under the control of their teachers and parents till then!”

“I encourage you to enthusiastically support the boys totally nudity tonight and then when you return home, offer your own support to the colleges efforts to minimise excessive modesty in boys and girls, regardless of their age or pubertal development by readopting the lost nudity values of the Unified Kingdom in your own homes.”
When the Headmaster Dr. Lyttelton had finished his thought provoking speech, there were only a few murmurs of dissent. Whispers of “ That’s taking things a little too far!", "Girls need to keep their modesty”, “Attitudes have changed” could be heard here and there, but the vast majority of the audience seemed to enthusiastically support the Headmasters opinion and stance.
Some parents indeed were so enthused that they had already taken to heart the Headmasters opinions and decided to immediately implement a return to traditional Unified Kingdom moral values around nudity at their homes with both their sons and daughters. That group of parents included the three Marriott brothers and their respective wives and their decision would have a profound effect on the future lives of their children, Charles, Anne, William, Edward, Liz, Andrew and Terri.
The speeches over, the capacity audience in the bleachers of the ‘Joiner Room’ was buzzing with excitement. It was full of boys who were glad they were not wrestling, mums, dads, aunts, uncles and siblings and of course members of the college staff and assistants, all of whom were eagerly awaiting the arrival of the wrestlers!
They did not have long to wait before the twenty five totally naked boys appeared out of the shower room and positioned themselves along the competitors bench on the outside wall of the room, facing out towards the fully packed bleachers filled with the enthusiastic audience. All the boys had been warned to keep their arms and hands by their sides, as covering up was definitely frowned upon as excessive modesty at Archbishops College.
The boys appeared in weight division order, first out were the four boys in the under 100lbs division who were all prepubescent and had no pubic hair, next out were the six boys in the 101lbs - 125lbs division, Andrew Marriotts division, three were without pubic hair, two more were kept shaven and only one boy, Errol Forsyth, had pubic hair, which made him stand out from the bald boys who had preceded him. The third group out were the eight boys in the 126lbs - 150lbs division, six had pubic hair, one was kept shaved and one did not have any pubic hair. The fourth and final group was the seven boys in the above 150lbs division, all of the boys in this division had pubic hair on display! Enthusiastic applause greeted each of the groups of naked boys as they trooped out of the shower room.
Photos were snapped and many of the girls and some of the boys in the audience giggled with each other as they looked at the array of twenty five sets of totally exposed boy genitals, noticing which boys had bigger packages and which had smaller packages and which ones had lots of pubic hair, which ones had some pubic hair and which boys had none! Which boys penis’ were erect or semi erect and which ones were flaccid and of those that were flaccid, which boys penis’ flopped around as they walked in and which ones were too small or thin and hardly moved around at all!
It was obvious by the blushing cheeks and chests on many of the Senior College boys that they felt especially embarrassed by their forced display of total nudity. For some of the Senior College boys it was the first time in three or four years, since they finished Preparatory College, that they had been seen naked in public,
Terri Marriott, Andrew’s sister saw her brother first, just moments before the other cousins saw their naked sixteen year old cousin. come out of the shower room. Instantly from where she was sitting,Terri could see her brothers naked bottom and back. She smiled a big grin, knowing that her brother was now totally naked in public and that very soon she would see his naked front and his most private parts for the very first time.
The thing that made this not just extremely humiliating and embarrassing but profoundly so for Andrew was that his thirteen year old sister and all his first cousins on his fathers side were about to discover that despite being the eldest cousin by three years and all his previous boasting about how mature he was, he was in fact barely starting to develop down the path of puberty.
Imminently they were about to find out that he was, at sixteen years of age, officially still a ‘bald little boy’! That meant that his edge as the oldest most mature cousin would be gone. His bragging rights, his commanding presence, all would be greatly reduce or gone!
Andrew managed to keep his naked genitals facing away from his parents, aunts, uncles, sister and first cousins for a few more seconds but the inevitable had to happen. As Andrew arrived at the bench where he had to sit awaiting his matches in the tournament, he turned to sit and they all got their first look at Andrew’s naked genitals.
Terri was flabbergasted with what she saw as she looked at her naked brother for the very first time. Terri giggled then asked, "Mom, he’s not very big and where are his pubes? Does he shave? ".
"Well dear,” her mum Marilyn replied, “Despite Andrew’s age, your brother hasn’t fully started puberty yet, so at the moment your brother still looks very much like a younger boy, which at his age he finds very humiliating and embarrassing, so please don’t stare too much and when you talk later, don’t torment! I don’t want your brother to be anymore embarrassed than he already is!”
“Of course mom” Terri genuinely replied.
“You asked does your brother shave off his pubes, no he doesn’t, he’s yet to grow any pubic hair and as you can now see, his genitals have a fair bit of growth to occur as well. Andrew has only just started his journey through puberty but as you can also see, his scrotum and testicles have already started to grow and soon, so will his penis and his pubic hair.”
Terri nodded acceptance. As she studied her brothers naked body, she noted the small signs of growth, her mother had mentioned, but that growth aside she estimated that he still had a thin boyish penis that was less than three inches flaccid!
Just a bit further along the bleacher that the Marriott family were sitting upon, Edward Marriott exclaimed in amazement, “Oh ... my ... god! I can’t believe he’s still totally hairless … I thought… I thought that at his age … that… oh ... my ... god,” Edward repeated, “I thought he would have to be bigger and have at least some pubes, … but… he’s … he’s … still so small and totally bald, he’s still a ‘little boy’!”
“Edward, enough!” his mother Angela admonished. “You just heard your Aunty Marilyn explain how your cousin at his age finds his lack of development very humiliating and embarrassing, so the same goes for you as for Terri, don’t stare and when you talk to your cousin later, don’t torment! I don’t want you adding anything more to Andrew’s obvious embarrassment ... understand?”
“Yes mother” Edward sheepishly replied.
Edwards sister Liz pointed out to her brother that their cousin Andrew’s plump, looking ball sack looked odd compared to his small undeveloped dick.
Before Edward could reply Angela Marriott interjected, “Same applies to you Liz, no tormenting about Andrew’s lack of development!”
“Yes mom, .... “
“Anyway Eddy, Andrews got more balls than you!” Liz teased her brother as she stuck her tongue out at him.
“Enough Liz!” Angela Marriott commanded.

“Both of you stop it and what exactly do you mean by that comment about your sister Edward ?” Angela Marriott asked her son with annoyance.
“No ... don’t Eddy” Liz begged
“Oh nothing mom ..... “ Edward sheepishly replied.
“Edward, your mother asked you to explain your comment and she is still waiting! Do you want to tell her or do you want a spanking? Just because you’re a Prefect at college and can punish other boys, does not exempt you from being punished at home!” Luke Marriott asserted to his son.
“Umm well ... you see Liz
“Noooo ..... “ Liz interjected
“Enough Liz, go on Edward” Luke Marriott insisted.
“Umm well ... you see Liz pads her training bra with tissues, that’s what I meant!” Edward reluctantly replied.
"Is that true Liz . . . . Do you stuff your training bra with tissues? Luke Marriott asked his daughter.
“ Y ... Yes” Liz replied reluctantly, her face quickly turning crimson with embarrassment and humiliation.
“That’s disgusting Liz, and shows serious excessive modesty. It seems to me that this family needs to fully embrace the Headmasters ideas on a return to the traditional Unified Kingdoms nudity values! if you are stuffing your bra to look more mature than you are, then we need to correct that by having greater openness and the shedding of such false modesty and self image issues! You’re 11 years old Liz, who are you trying to show off too?” Luke Marriott asserted.
“Some of the girls at school have their tits already, I just wanted to fit in” Liz explained.

That will be something to look forward too, won’t it children.”
"Oh, no, Dad, please, don't make me get naked in front of Liz when I am at home! I’m a Prefect at school, we don’t get naked in front of others.” Edward asserted.
“No more arguments Edward, the decision is made!” Luke Marriott informed his son, who looked very dissatisfied with his fathers ruling.
“Liz, as soon as we get home tonight, it will be naked time. You can’t stuff your training bra if you’re naked. This will be the first time in years that you have been seen naked by me or your father and it sounds like it is long overdue! Angela Marriott informed her blushing daughter.
“But mom, girls need more modesty than boys," pleaded Liz.
"You both most certainly will be naked in front of each other when Edward is at home, as well as naked in front of family and friends," responded Angela Marriott.
“Yes, as the Headmaster stated, modesty and privacy for you kids is a special privilege, not a right in the Unified Kingdom!” Luke Marriott informed his two shocked children.
“Now, enough, Liz and Edward, stop questioning our decisions, stop tormenting each other and watch the wrestling ” Angela Marriott ordered.
A bit further along the bleacher from Edward and his family, thirteen year old twins Charles and Anne and younger brother William were also in shock as they sat looking long and hard at their cousin Andrew’s naked exposed body. As their Aunty Marilyn had just said, Andrew certainly didn’t have a great deal to hide.
Charles, feeling empathy for his cousins humiliating exposure, tried to be positive and said to Anne that their cousins penis looked to him like it had begun to grow a bit, as it looked a bit bigger in size than a little boys prepubescent penis.
“Well you would know” William his recently turned twelve year old brother cheekily responded, “yours is definitely still real little!”
“Yeah well shrimp, you would know that real well too, yours is even smaller!”
“Do you two want a public spanking right here here and now? Tiffany Marriott stated “Like what is happening with Edward and Liz, our house is going to implement naked time in front of each other as well as family and friends!”
The two boys went instantly quite and Anne smiled at the embarrassment of her two brothers. Anne didn’t like the prospect of naked time anymore than her brothers did, but she was a sensible mature minded girl and knew better than to argue with her parents, especially as she could see that their mind was already made up on the topic of naked time. So she quickly turned her attention back to her naked cousin.
Back along the bleacher, Edward pointed out to his cousins Charles and William that as there appeared to be not a hint of any pubic hair, their sixteen year old cousin was still technically a ‘little boy’!
Anne responded by stating, “Yeah, he’s bald where it matters most for us teenage boys and girls. Edward and Charles the other teenagers present blushed profusely at Anne’s comment and William did not miss their reaction.
“Gee sis, judging by Edward and Charles’ reaction, I think cousin Edward may be as bald as Charles is!” William triumphantly proclaimed to his sister Anne.
Meanwhile Terri had been closely watching her naked brother, she felt he looked like he was about to cry, his bottom lip was quivering. However she was relieved that he didn’t break down! Excited as she was to see her brother naked, she also felt sorry for him, with his most private humiliating secret now exposed!
Terri had observed correctly, Andrew was feeling so profoundly humiliated and embarrassed that he was on the verge of breaking down and crying, but he felt, being sixteen years old, that he had to be brave in front of all the younger wrestlers and the audience, despite knowing this experience was going to be an absolutely awful one.
The under 100lbs wrestling division was introduced first, by names, ages and college year. It consisted of four boys from Eta and Zeta years aged eleven and twelve years old. With the division only having four boys, it only required three elimination matches for twelve year old Graham Houston to be crowned the winner. And crowned he literally was, with a traditional Hellás laurel wreath.
The 101lbs to 125lbs wrestling division was introduced next. This was Andrew Marriott’s division. It consisted of six boys. Twelve year old Zeta boys, Oliver Henry and Malcolm Harley, thirteen year old Epsilon boys, Errol Forsyth and Roger Armstrong, fourteen year old Delta boy, Trent Carter and of course sixteen year old Andrew Marriott who was a Beta boy.
Generous applause and a few cheers rang out as each boy in the division was introduced. Poor Andrew felt added humiliation when he was introduced last, being the eldest boy. Everyone in the audience now knew, if they hadn’t already that he was a sixteen year old with a bald little boy’s penis! To make matters worse, as he was introduced, his penis began starting to erect involuntarily, so as he stood there it was soon pointing upwards and out at the audience at all of its four inches of erect glory. Andrew blushed even more profusely as this occurred!
With the division having six boys, there was a need to seed the two highest ranking wrestlers, who would receive a bye in the first round. When he first enrolled, Andrew had hoped that his age advantage would help him psyche out the younger boys, but this had not proven to be the case.
Fourteen year old Delta student Trent Carter was seeded first and thirteen
year old Epsilon boy Errol Forsyth was seeded second. Andrew was drawn to wrestle thirteen year old Roger Armstrong in the first round and he was victorious 3-1.
In the second round Andrew was drawn to wrestle the second seed, Errol Forsyth whilst Zeta boy Malcolm Harley, who had defeated his fellow Zeta year boy Oliver Henry 3-2 was drawn to wrestle Trent Carter.
Andrew put up a good contest but went down 3-2 to Errol Forsyth, whilst Trent Carter defeated Malcolm Harley 3-0. In the final Trent Carter defeated Errol Forsyth 3-2 and was crowned the victor with a traditional Hellás laurel wreath.
Andrew had to sit and wait on the competitors bench whilst the 126lbs to 150lbs division, consisting of thirteen to fifteen year old Epsilon, Delta and Gamma boys and the above 150lbs division , consisting of fourteen to sixteen year old Delta, Gamma and Beta boys competed and the victors were crowned with the traditional Hellás laurel wreaths.
When the wrestling gala was complete, the boys were instructed by Dr. Smith to make their way, not to the sanctuary of the shower room but to their families in the bleachers.
As Andrew walked over to where all the Marriott’s were seated, lots of mums, dads, boys and girls congratulated him on his effort. He heard mainly positive comments but some of the girls he passed were giggling at his nudity "nice bald willy" said one girl, "not much to see, are you really sixteen" another exclaimed as he passed.
When Andrew arrived where his family were sitting, the conversation immediately turned to his excellent effort and to the one topic Andrew was dreading. The naked wrestling rule.
Two school friends of his sister Terri at St Dunstan’s, the girls college in nearby Broad Riddle, had come over to talk with his sister. Andrew had met Barbara Enoch quite a few times when she visited their house, but this situation was very different, Andrew was totally naked and Barbara was fully dressed!
The other girl he had not met, but she looked vaguely familiar. The realisation soon dawned on Andrew from the introductions that the second girl was Rowena Drysdale, the daughter of the Reverend Doctor Drysdale, the Deputy Headmaster in charge of the Preparatory College.
Andrew stood there quietly saying nothing as his mother and father discussed with his aunts and uncles the wrestling gala and then the merits of the Headmasters nudity speech.
Barbara eventually sided up to Andrew and said, "Hello Andrew, I am so glad I came, I enjoyed seeing you and all the older boys naked. I think more older teenage boys should be seen naked, don’t you agree girls?"
With a big grin on her face! Terri nodded approval enthusiastically! Rowena was more suspect, she was already considering the implications of all the talk of naked time for girls as well as boys. She knew almost for certain that her father and mother would enthusiastically adopt the Headmasters call for a return to the Unified Kingdoms traditional nudity values.
As if she had been reading Rowena’s thoughts, Marilyn Marriott informed her daughter and the two girls, “Don’t forget girls, that the Headmasters call for a return to traditional Unified Kingdom naked values means that girls as well as boys are going to be doing a lot of naked showing off from now on, so as to stop the increasing trend towards false modesty and self image issues!”
Rowena Drysdale was not surprised at all by Mrs Marriott’s comment. She had already decided that the return to traditional naked time would undoubtedly mean that she was going to be naked a lot more often than she have been up till now! Even though she was sure she was destined for some embarrassing and humiliating situations herself in the future, her mind was already working out potential advantageous possibilities for her that might eventuate from boys and girls being made to be naked much more often.
"But Mrs Marriott!" Barbara objected, "Girls need more privacy! Why, I'm almost an adult! Surely the naked rules apply only to boys, you can't seriously expect girls to take their clothes off in front of..." Barbara’s voice trailed off as she noticed the silent vertical nodding and the huge grins on the faces of Edward, Charles and William Marriott and Barbara felt the panic rising within her.
“Barbara, the traditional naked values certainly apply equally to girls as well as boys! As soon as we get home tonight, it will be naked time for Terri and I will go over later before we leave and talk with your mother and father, who I see over the other side in the bleachers and discuss with them the rules we intend to implement for our family and certainly, I want to get their agreement that when you visit us next, so you can be naked like my children if it is appropriate!”
Marilyn Marriott then asked Rowena Drysdale if her parents were as enthusiastic about the return to traditional naked time for teens and pre teens as was the Headmaster.
Embarrassing as it was to confess, Rowena knew that telling the truth was nearly always the best course of action, so she confessed, “ My parents have always punished me naked, so I am guessing the return to more traditional naked time will just mean I am going to be naked more often than I have been up till now!”
Both Terri and Barbara gasped at their friends very open response. Even the Marriott fathers, mothers and siblings looked surprised at Rowena’s very honest statement.
In an effort to re focus the conversation away from her naked experiences and back towards the naked boy standing before her, Rowena asked, “How do you feel Andrew about wrestling naked? "
Andrew blushed anew as he thought about his answer, "Well, I think it is unfair. I think it should be the same as for swimming and uniform. It’s embarrassing being made to naked when at all other times I don’t have to be!”
Rowena nodded in agreement, but smiling added, "but by being naked you will almost certainly get more attention from us girls"
"Yeah that’s true,” Barbara responded having recovered from the immediate shock of her friends admission and the possibility of her own imminent nakedness at home, “Now that I am closer to Andrew and can see him better, I think he looks real cute naked!”
Andrew blushed crimson at the comment.
“Oh how cute Andrew, your blushing,” said Rowena, “I find the bald little boy look cute too.”
Rowena’s comments did nothing to ease Andrews embarrassment and humiliation.
Barbara then asked Andrew’s mother, “Can I get a few photos with Andrew as a memento?”
Andrew stared daggers at his sisters school friends, especially at Barbara for her audacity in even asking and so was totally shocked when his mother allowed Barbara’s request!
“Based on the Headmasters philosophy, of parents making every effort to minimise excessive modesty in boys and girls, regardless of their age or pubertal development, I don’t see why not! I saw a lot of people and especially girls taking photos on their mobile phones during the contests. A couple more photos by Barbara won’t make any difference.”
It made a lot of difference to Andrew but he knew his mother, once she made the decision, there was was no point in arguing with her about it! He knew there was no way out of him but to have his photo taken by Barbara!
Soon he was reluctantly smiling and posing totally nude for the camera as Barbara took a couple of photos of him showing all his naked glory. Then Barbara said grinning, "Now some with Rowena and me with you Andrew! " as she handed her mobile phone to Terri and went and stood on one side of Andrew, followed eagerly by Rowena who stood on the other side.
Barbara put her left arm around Andrews shoulder but Rowena put her right arm round his waist, her fingers gently caressing his silky smooth skin just inches from his totally bald genitals, causing his penis to quickly erect to its full four inches. Andrew blushed even more profusely as this occurred!
The only consolation for Andrew after he dressed in his Senior College uniform and was walking back to his dormitory was the knowledge that his sister Terri was going to be spending that evening and possibly some of Sunday as well, totally naked at home for the very first time. An even more exciting fact that he learnt before his family left for their journey home, was that Barbara Enoch who often spent time at their house, would be spending naked time that evening when she arrived home tonight and as an added bonus for Andrew, her parents had also given permission for her to be naked if appropriate when she visited Andrews home.

Thank you! Yes probably too long, of course it is a part of a much larger tombe the Archbishops College Series. Back a few years ago when I wrote this I was attempting to make it fit into the detail “Universe” I had created for the Unified Kingdom and at the same time enable parts to be read as stand alone.
