Maybe a second place for cfnm could be hospitals. Female nurses can easily (and very closely) take care of the health of naked boys under the age of 18. No one objects to this and the boy becomes helpless and accepts the situation. I had an inguinal hernia operation when I was 15, and while I was expecting a male health worker to shave my pubic hair, a stern looking female nurse came and I could not make a sound. However, the same is not true for girls.
It is already very common for female nurses to see and touch naked male genitals. They insert Foley caths in males often and often when other women are present. I had the same operation and two nurse were shaving me which included every hair on my penis and testicles so there was lot of touching. Meanwhile a woman was asking questions for the admission and another one was starting an IV so 4 females were bedside while I was nude.
Another time I had a heart cath and had stents put in so I was in ICU for a day. I had to have antiseptic lotion applied to my entire body and six female nurses were doing it as I was totally naked I did ask them if male nurses did this to a a female patient and was told no because male nurses could not do that. CFNM is very common in hospitals

Between the ages of 8 and 11, the nanny who my mother would drop me off at on the weekends would often find an excuse and not let me wear anything. She would only make me wear a short T-shirt and walk me around the house like that. No matter how much I pulled the T-shirt, I couldn't cover my genitals. The woman was in her 40s and had a stern look, and I couldn't object out of fear. I didn't realize it at the time, but in later years I thought she enjoyed it. But worse, the women who came home during the day would watch this situation with a smile and approve of the nanny by saying, "You found the best solution."
