"Lexie ! You shouldn't promise things that you can't deliver. I can't have a bunch of strange girls come in here and take all my clothes off for them" I protested. "Why not ? Everyone at school has seen you with no clothes on" Lexie reasoned. "That was different. That was educational and officially sanctioned by the school" I argued back. I told them after school tomorrow but our school finishes earlier than theirs does, so I can be here first. We can get ready." "How old are they ?" I still hadn't conceded. "Not sure, they may be in the year above me but I don't think they're as old as Niecy."

I was between a rock and a hard place. Of course, I could just say no. But I somehow now felt a responsibility for Lexie. What if there was a real possibility of her being bullied ? There was no man in the house next door now and I wasn't sure that Alison could deal adequately with the situation. It really was up to me and the solution was relatively simple it seemed. "Alright then but there are ground rules OK ?" I tried to assert some kind of control. "I just get naked to prove your point and then they go, right ? That's it, nothing else, and no photos" I insisted. "Of course not, I'll tell them. Oh you are the best" cried Lexie, as she hugged me and pecked me on the cheek.

I took advantage of flexitime to leave work early that afternoon. I knew Lexie's school day ended at three thirty and apparently it was four o'clock at the comprehensive. Lexie arrived first. "Look Lexie, is this really a good idea ? Can't I just give these girls a talking to and tell them to leave you alone ?" I still hadn't completely given up. "Nooooo" she wailed. "That won't do, they'll still come after me. Look, it'll be easy. If you like, we can play a game that you are reluctant but then will do what I say. That'll impress them all the more and then they'll know I'm not someone to push around and leave me alone." I was nervous.
