The National Psychiatry Institute is the authority for all psychiatrist and psychiatric treatment hospitals and treatment facilities in the Western World. If they present a treatment plan, it becomes the preferred treatment for every facility soon after. Since violence is often a major problem for all treatment centers, most often by their male patients, it was the number one goal for the NPI to find a way to prevent this violence. Upon careful research, it was found the best way to stop male violence was to assure that the male have an orgasm at least 3 times a week and studies have shown that it works best if the orgasm is brought on by two or three females. It has been shown that it also works best on co-ed facilities if it is done in full view of the female patients that are willing to observe it. No female should be forced to observe such treatment plans since many may have been a victim of sexual assault by males and this could have an adverse effect on said female patients

To perform this treatment, a male patient would be stripped naked and taken to a location where the treatment will take place and where any of the spectator can be seated however, all spectator's should be female. At no time should a female be exposed to the male even though said male is naked nor will the male be allowed to touch any female.

In the next chapter, the procedure will be discussed in detail as to how said nude male will be brought to an ejaculation and an orgasm by two or three fully clothed females in full view of a number of other fully clothed females. This treatment plan will be carried out on ALL MALE PATEINTS in the treatment facility

The staff had several meetings to discuss how they would implement these treatments. One of the male doctors suggested that they have the 6 nursing students and 4 candy strippers, all females present for the treatment and he said it would be best if they brought the male patient out fully dressed and stripped him naked with everyone watching. The head nurse, a 42 year old woman asked if female patients should be allowed to watch and the social worker, a 26 year old woman said she thought it would be good but the female patients would have to be informed on what was to take place and be willing to observe since it could traumatize a woman who has been sexually abused. One of the lady doctors said it was true but it could also help some of them to see this treatment on a nude male patient but it has to be her desire to be present.

The next question is where would it be done. It could not be in the patient's room as the room was not large enough so the day room is the only room large enough and it has chairs for 30 people. A LPN asked what if there are more people who want to observe? The answer is that they could being in 8 or 10 more chairs. A male orderly asked if male's would be allowed to observe and the lady doctors said yes they would but only if there were seats available since women would be seated first since the research shows it is best if as many women and girls as possible observe this treatment and we do have the candy strippers, girls from 14-16 here and Miss Wilson, their instructor said it would be great if they could attend the treatment as 3 of the girls have never seen a naked male before. She said she did talk to them about this and they are all very eager to observe this treatment.

The doctor in charge of the ward did remind everyone that it was also important that all females be modestly dressed but that was already a requirement anyway for all females to enter the ward even though 2 or 3 times a month, a violent male patient had to be taken down and was even stripped naked in the dayroom in front of everyone to be given an injection and brought under control, often by female staff but again, the research shows that this treatment should result in far less violence in male patients so it is well worth trying it besides, we will get a grant from the NIP for our being one of the first to try this treatment but we will have to video tape the treatment for the NPI.

If there are no other questions or comments, we will begin this treatment on Mr. B, a 42 y/o male but it may be difficult since he has a micro penis. (It was suggested that a candy stripper do the treatment if she was willing since she would have the smallest hands and the instructor said she knew just the right girl for the job. (hand job??) The second patient would not be a problem since it would be Mr. W and his penis was 7.2 inches flaccid. There was some giggling and laughing and one of the student nurses said she cannot wait to see THAT. Now normally, since this is a medical facility, we would use proper terms for human anatomy such as "penis" and "testicles" but this treatment works far better when we use the terms these males would use, terms like "cock" "dick" "prick" "balls" and "nuts" Of course we would never allow these types of terms to be used for any part of the female anatomy and if they do they will be treated with a mild electric shock using this (she shows a short cord that looks like a rubber band. This is a remote controled shocking device that will be planed around his test, ahh balls, I have to get use to using these terms for these treatments (the male student whispered to the student who he said could do this treatment on him and he told her she could even use that device on him too.)

Gloria said the patient will be brought in fully clothed and females would strip him naked showing that females do have power over the males which should knock some of the macho out of the machos (You can guess what that male student said to the female student as she though that they should use him for the first treatment)
