So, I am not 100% clear on what this "kink" is about. Bucket, you said you had not yet read the second book in Extreme Therapy (More Therapy)... The shorthand synopsis is that the Sophie personality, aka the part of Annie who things she's a dog, takes over and Annie becomes a voice in her head providing the narration.

The reason I bring it up is that, being a dog trapped in a teen girl's body, she cannot communicate directly throughout most of the story. Since the story is narrated by Annie, who is essentially just along for the ride while Sophie interacts with everyone... I wonder how close this comes to your "Mute" kink. Obviously a girl who thinks she's a dog goes way beyond mute, but just the same, I would love to hear your feedback if only to help me understand if I write out something more specific to this genre.

That does go way beyond what I mean for mute. I mean, no offense, but I am kind of scared of there being bestiality type stuff in such a story, or at least just gross toilet stuff.

I am struggling to think of a good example, because it's not a tag I actually see in erotica or porn or anything, but just a thought I've had while watching normal TV.

It's not a kink necessarily, though I do have to admit that discussing this hypothetical story, thinking of hypothetical scenarios for the protagonist is beginning to make it somewhat of a slight kink perhaps?

Just a quick, random (Though relevant) question for you: Have you played Life is Strange before?

The particular story that I read that I mentioned to you at the beginning of this thread is a fan fiction story of Life is Strange, and it's about a mute Max (the protagonist of LiS) that's been severely traumatised. It's actually phenomenal, though it's been discontinued, what is available to read is exactly what I love.

Again, nothing to do with erotica. It's got some really sweet, cute moments, but also some extremely heavy themes such as a suicide attempt. Highly recommend you check it out if you want, as its both amazing, and Its likely to give you a few ideas in writing this potential mute girl story.

Anyway, like say, I'm drawn to stories with trauma, characters with trauma, darker themes etc. That's actually what lead me to your story, Extreme Therapy. Reading that Life is Strange story with a mute Max, she was heavily traumatised and the mute angle made her very vulnerable. Apart from the fact it was a great, different story, most if not all these enf stories are about a girl in very vulnerable positions, I just thought the mute/trauma aspect would add an extra layer of vulnerability to the vulnerable enf trope.

I did actually love your whole Sophie "dog" thing. She's not mute, but definitely, definitely has a similar vibe and of course left her in an even more vulnerable situation then she was already in. The only thing I'd like to have seen more from Annie was embarrassment and moments of extreme hesitancy from her, despite having to do the things she has to do. Moments that remind you that she's still just a girl in a terrible situation. Merely constructive criticism of course.

And sure, I'll absolutely check out More Therapy and provide you with feedback! The only reason I put it off was due to the time skip which I'm not a huge fan of. Time skips I mean. But sure, I'll certainly read it soon and provide you with feedback.

I was planning to read Midnight Run (if that's the correct name?) by Hooked, but I'll either read that or More Therapy sometime this week. Either way, I'll absolutely read the rest of Extreme Therapy asap. ☺

I would actually suggest that you play LiS if you got the chance. It's a stunning masterpiece imo and it stays with you for many years.

If you were to check out a playthrough on YouTube however, just make sure you watch one with the origunal music intact. The music plays a huge part emotionally and is essential. Some YouTubers cut out the music for fear of copyright strikes. I'd actually love to hear your thoughts on that fan fic if you decide to read it. I adore it

I would have to disagree with you on that. Like I say, Extreme Therapy was excellent. I will say though, and Again, only constructive criticism, that I wouldn't want to see Annie completely naked all the time. In theory, having her naked all the time is fun, but it then takes away from the "upping the ante". I would say going out in public without panties and a dangerously short skirt or even t-shirt here, public flashing, inadvertently or intentionally there, with the occasional full on fully nude Annie would be preferable. Full on nudity is absolutely fine though given that it's not all the time.

When she's nude all the time, it almost desensitizes you to her humiliation and vulnerability.

I remember Annie peeing outside, and that's totally fine, but I would avoid her taking a shite entirely Lol. I don't remember if she does that in book one. Granted, I know that the story is already written for the most part, but just giving you my thoughts briefly for future reference.

I can't believe I forgot this, but in some of the Tracey Smith stories there is this concept of "devoicers" either in the form of sprays or medicine or sometimes just electronic collars that take girls' voices away.

That is an old archive with some Tracey stories. It's nowhere near comprehensive but I don't have time to find a specific story with the whole devoicer thing right now.

Unfortunately, like a lot of authors, Katie's work is not all nicely catalogued/archived in one place. The one I linked to is the best archive of old stories, but there are heaps more. I don't know if any of the ones in that archive even have devoicers in them. The stories about Tracey Smith vary wildly. They usually all involve slavery, but otherwise it range all the way into very gory stuff that is way beyond what I can tolerate. I'll try to find a couple of the devoicer stories that I have saved and post them here.
