Jan was amused by the story to date as Amanda showed her the various photos and the two emails, and was even more amused when she told her of her plan. Next time their parents were away overnight, and Jan was left in charge, Amanda and Mary would ask their best friends to sleep over. Jan said, “Well, I suppose that’s fair, as he saw both of you and sent copies of the first photo to two friends. Being naked in front of you two and two of your friends is about right. Amanda is proposing to make things even, Steve, by making you undress in front of her friends when they come to stay tonight. I think that is fair. But first, they must not hurt you. Second, no more photos are to be taken and I want all three of you to give me your phones now, and when your friends arrive I want theirs too. Third, you must keep the noise down. Tomorrow morning I want the three of you in here again and promising that that is the end of the matter, and I will delete the photos from each of your phones. Ok?”

Steve was reluctant but agreed he had sent the photo of Amanda to his two best friends, so agreed it was fair – he certainly thought a one off embarrassment in person was better than the risk of Amanda’s photos of him being circulated round at school. The three went to get their phones, and when Amanda and Mary’s friends, Lucy and Jenny, came around, excited and full of expectation because they knew what Amanda was planning, they too were required to hand their phones to Jan.

Both Mary and Amanda promised they hadn’t so Jan gave them their phones back and Lucy and Jenny’s to be returned. “It is about time they were up” added Jan, “I’ll get breakfast for the five of you.”
