This short story, Part 2A should be read between Parts 2 & 3 of Girls Don't Need Modesty By Perseus. It details what happened with Pete Parker’s medical examination whilst his twin sister Becca was sent out to stand naked in the hall outside the examination room and explains why Pete became so involved in Becca’s later physical examination.

Part 2A - Pete Parker’s Medical Examination

Pete Parker was topless, sitting on the examination table with the gown off his shoulders, still covering his lower half, when his twin sister Becca had turned her head in an attempt to see him naked. He had immediately raised the gown back up to fully cover himself.

Becca’s gamble at attempting to gain a peek immediately backfired, her mom caught her looking and instantly reacted, “We have already wasted enough time! You know how shy your brother gets, if you can’t give him a little privacy, then you can wait in the hall!”

“Wait, what!” Becca exclaimed, not understanding her mother’s directive.

“I’m sorry, Dr. Pulaski, but Becca will be waiting outside while you examine Pete.” Mrs. Parker then grabbed Becca by the arm and lead her daughter towards the door.

“Can’t I get dressed first!?” Becca exclaimed!

Mrs. Parker didn’t answer, she dragged her daughter to the door and opened it, then dragged the still naked Becca out into the hall.

Pete and Dr. Wayne Pulaski were both stunned at this sudden development and it took Dr Pulaski a moment to get back his professional composure and resume with Pete’s full skin examination.

“Alright Pete, let’s get started again, please remove the gown and lay back for me would you?” Dr. Pulaski requested.

Pete’s face began to redden as he slowly removed his gown and lay back on the examination table, with his legs extending partly out over the edge, making sure both his hands were tightly covering his boy parts!

It was at this moment that Carol Parker returned minus her daughter. “Sorry for that interruption doctor! Since she started puberty, Becca has been such a handful. She is actually the younger twin by seventeen minutes, but since she started her growth spurt she has been tormenting Pete relentlessly about now being more grown up than him. She calls him a baby, torments him about how twelve year old girls are more developed and mature than boys of the same age and laughs at how upset he gets. Until recently they were both of similar height, but she is now using her recent increase in height over her brother to justify her maturity. She has not seen him naked, so she is only guessing, but I have seen both naked, and though Becca may be more developed physically than Pete, he is the more mature mentally. He thinks things through more than his sister and is not as impulsive, instead he is quieter, shyer and modest.

Dr. Pulaski now realised a lot more about the motives that had guided Mrs Parker into forcing her daughter to undress completely and remain stark naked, while allowing her son to wear the only available gown.

“Hands by your side please Pete, so I can do your skin examination.” requested Dr. Pulaski as he got his first full-frontal view of the naked Pete Parker. He quickly looked him up and down, his body was not showing any signs yet of entering puberty, there was not even any noticeable peach fuzz above his penis on his pubis and his testicles and scrotum had not descended. His body appeared to be developing normally for a boy of his twelve years of age. He noticed that a crimson blush had spread across Pete’s face and down onto his shoulders, “There is no reason to be embarrassed, Pete. I know that being naked like this can be a bit embarrassing and scary, but it won’t take me very long to check you out and then you can put your gown back on before I examine your sister!”

Pete’s blushing eased slightly, Dr. Pulaski’s gentle reassuring tone of voice was obviously having an effect, as he lay totally exposed with the doctor and his mom standing over him.

“Pete looks to be developing normally for a boy of twelve years of age, would you like me to do a clinical examination of his pubertal development as well as the skin check seeing he is here like this?” Dr. Pulaski asked Mrs. Parker.

“Yes that is an excellent idea, please do and of course the same will apply to Becca?”

“Yes of course, in fact if you want, I could involve Pete in Becca’s physical examination. That would certainly put Pete in a much superior position to his sister and possibly cure her of her current superiority syndrome?”

“What a wonderful idea, that will teach her an important lesson I am sure! Pete would you like to assist the doctor with Becca’s examination?”

Dr. Pulaski knew that no boy could have rejected that offer and despite his current naked humiliation, a huge smile spread across Pete’s face.

Carol Parker’s enthusiasm for the proposal to further humiliate Becca, revived again Dr. Pulaski’s memories of embarrassment and frustration that he had felt as a child when he was forced to be naked when his sisters were able to keep their clothes on. He was now feeling very good and excited about this unexpected but long awaited chance for reciprocal justice.

“Right Pete, let’s get started!” said Dr. Pulaski as he put on latex gloves and started to examine Pete’s body. After completing the skin check and finding nothing of concern he then explained to Carol Parker the protocols of a clinical examination for pubertal development. He explained how it comprised the following somatometric parameters: height (in centimeters), weight (in kilograms), testicular volume (in milliliters), stretched flaccid penile length (in centimeters), and penile circumference (in centimeters).

He explained how he would use a Prader orchidometer to measure the volume of the testicles; an anthropometer to measure height; a beam balance scale to measure weight. The stretched penile length in the flaccid state would be measured with a rigid tape from the pubopenile skin junction to the top of the penis, excluding the prepuce under maximal but not painful extension and that the penile circumference would be measured at the base of Pete’s penis, close to the pubis, with a flexible measuring tape.

When Dr. Pulaski had completed all the measurements Pete was recorded as: 150.60 cm in height (59.3 inches), 42.00 kg in weight (92.6 pounds), 5.60 cm in stretched penile length (2.2inches), 6.40 cm in penile circumference (2.5 inches) and 3.00 mL in the volume of the testicles. All very much on the mean average for a boy of Pete’s age.

“All done Pete, your developing exactly as you should for a boy of your age. Let’s get your gown back on and then Becca can be brought in for her examination in which you will be assisting.” Dr. Pulaski said as he winked at Carol Parker, who smiled back and then moved towards the door to fetch her daughter, checking first that Pete had finished putting his gown back on, before opening the door and exiting.

Carol Parker could be heard saying, “Ok, Becca, you can come back in now.” and almost instantly Becca appeared scurrying back into the exam room, looking very grateful to be out of the hall, her hands still attempting to cover up her most private parts as she had obviously been doing out in the hall.

“What have I told you about touching yourself? Stop it right this instant!” commanded Mrs Parker.

Unlike when she was naked in the hall, at least in the examination room, only the doctor, her mother and her brother would see her small cone shaped breasts and lightly haired pussy with its very light dusting of pubic hair scattered sparsely across the lower part of her pubis and an equally sparse growth of longer wispy pubic hairs fringing her labia lips.

Becca knew she had no choice but to drop her arms as her mother instructed, revealing all of her naked body. She was now very familiar with her mother’s new weird attitude, that it was not such a big deal for a girl to be naked as a boy! Her breasts didn’t seem to matter at all and her girl parts between her legs, were according to her mother, more hidden than a boys as she didn’t have to worry about a penis flopping around!

No medical background just a lot of writing experience. This short story has to be read as a fill in to the main story Girls Don’t Need Modesty by Perseus. It is designed to fill in information for anyone whose interest was aroused about Pete.
