Traditional Jewish Bathing

For purposes of a story, I need some information.
I tried to look up what is normal in the Jewish community for parents bathing their children.
What I'd like to know is:

Up to what age can a Jewish mom see her son or male relative naked?

Up to what age would a Jewish mother or Aunt bathe a son/nephew?

Would a female relative ever be present at the Mikveh for a teenage male (obviously not the norm)

Do typical Jewish moms or aunts still get overly concerned with a boy doing masturbation or having a nocturnal emission?


I need to know what is "Normal" before I write about an unusual situation.
