Hey AA, here’s a draft of the customer dress code and staff uniforms we talked about. Should be ready for opening 20 June. We can get stock in various sizes. I figure keep it generic and encourage them to change and use the washing machine on premises, that way there’s no excuse for forgetting.

CUSTOMER DRESS CODE

INDOOR POOL
Male: shorts or swimmers
Female: one or two piece bathing suit
Must supply own towel

OUTDOOR POOL (closed during winter)
same as for indoor

TENNIS COURTS
Male: shorts
Female: skirt or shorts
Both: white-soled shoes, shirts

SQUASH COURTS
same as for tennis

GYM
Male: shorts and shirt
Female: shorts and shirt (no skirts, no leotards)
Both: shoes
Must supply own towel

YOGA ROOM
Male: shorts and shirt
Female: shorts or leggings and shirt, leotards permitted with leggings or shorts
Bare feet OK

KIOSK
I think shirt over a swimsuit would be the minimum. Or maybe a towel.

STAFF UNIFORMS

Male: white shorts, blue T-shirt
Female: white skirt or shorts, blue T-shirt (can be v-neck style)
Both: blue gym shoes with white sole

Yeah fair point, no shoes required while on pool duty. Though it’ll be pretty cold so if they want to wear them and jump in with them, that’s up to them.

Sandy I think the shoes are actually a trip hazard in the pool area, can we ban those? The staff are saying the uniforms are too cold for winter, what do you want to do? I think they’re right especially at 6am in the kiosk and the tennis courts.

So there’s a typo in the dress code. Natalie found it, showed up TOPLESS in the yoga room. She said that was specifically what you said to do and I said there was no way, and I made her go put something on. She came back with a swim top but I didn’t really want to argue any more and the customers were waiting so I said that would do for now, and I’ll check with you.

It’s not an “of course”, Natalie says she doesn’t even own a bra and they cause breast cancer. She wants to just wear the swim top and it should be considered a shirt. And same with Preetha and Merida, the three of them have formed their own little union and now they are wearing swim tops everywhere. Also Brian came to my office with them too though he just wants the girls to get what they want.

They decided that the staff new year party should be nude, so that’s what they did. I haven’t run around naked for a few years but it was fun and once we got used to it it was actually quite nice. We had the whole place to ourselves, just us and partners. I think you would have enjoyed it if you hadn’t been in Sydney!

OK so this I really need your feedback on. Natalie is studying law and she brought me an official letter, which I will email separately, that “alleges” we are engaged in “gender discrimination”, the upshot of it being by allowing male customers and staff to be topless and not allowing the same to females, we’re breaking some law. Sorry. I don’t know what to do about it.

This is exasperating! I asked Nick to look at it and he said it seems sound, he looked up the statute and she is right. We could actually pay a lawyer to look at it or we could just go along with it. I emailed out the new dress code and printed it to put up in all the rooms. The staff are following it to the minimum which basically means just a thong in the pools, yoga and kiosk even if they don’t have shifts outside of the kiosk. They have also decided to “remind” customers that upper wear is not required in the yoga room or the pool areas. So far it’s going well, no complaints and turnover is up 30%.

I did get one complaint about the girls running around naked (I realize they technically aren’t) but in light of the massive increase in turnover and profit, I’ve decided just to respond with “thank you for your feedback”.

FYI the staff are tired of changing into uniforms for the racquet sports and gym so I said they could keep wearing just swimsuits if they really wanted. I’ve also hired three new staff, two girls and a boy. The groundskeepers packed up their business and moved to Melbourne so I bought a mower and line trimmer (and safety boots!) and the staff are getting paid extra to do that. It’s cheaper than the groundskeeper was. They want swims afterward though!

So I found out today that Preetha has basically not been wearing her uniform at all. She had drawn a line across her hips and bottom with a sharpie. When I asked the team how long she’d been doing that Natalie stepped up to me and said “if you haven’t been able to tell it doesn’t matter, does it?”. She’s been doing grounds, kiosk, and indoor pool “dressed” in nothing! Even rode her bike from home to work and back!

Per our phone conversation and your request I put it in writing, as follows:

1) as advised by my husband Nick who is a property lawyer, as per the Crimes Act indecent exposure is not actually a crime in our state unless accompanied by “lewd conduct” whatever that is;

2) accordingly Preetha has done nothing wrong and should be reinstated with an apology and paid time for any shifts she has missed;

3) as the staff demand written permission to work naked in all areas of the premises at all times, you may write this permission;

4) customers are to be advised of the new dress code, and as is reasonable under the circumstances it will also apply to them if they so desire. Just make sure they wear white-soled shoes where it would stain if they didn’t.

5) I want you to REQUIRE them all to work naked and also to come to work completely naked by whatever means they normally come to work. They are not even to bring clothing to get changed out of. Get rid of all of the uniforms! In winter we will see if their tune changes.

OK so I just had an fun afternoon. Talliane and Talliane’s dad Mike and Natalie and Preetha all in my office, arguing. Talliane says she applied to work here specifically because the girls are working nude, and she loves it, and she wants to work nude forever and ever. Natalie and Preetha are really strongly agreeing. Mike thinks the whole thing is endangering to them and I really don’t have the right to make them. Preetha said there is absolutely no way I am making them, even if that’s what the document technically says, because they would now insist on it even if I forbade it. Talliane agrees, Natalie agrees.

It’s resolved, Talliane is now allowed to come to work and go home in the nude, but Natalie is to pick her up and drop her off by car.

On the plus side, we have over a thousand new hits per day and the “donate to watch the Peachtree Riders!” website Natalie made took $300.

The bikes are going really well, they are now hired out for a week ahead and the girls are almost fighting over who gets to lead the peleton. The local police have offered an “escort” to make sure no-one harasses them, and of course the escort rides behind. Our girls make up the numbers if there’s ever less than eight.

I was really shocked when you made that suggestion to me, I honestly was upset and considered resigning. But I’m so so glad I didn’t. There were older women in worse shape than me riding, and people waved and cheered for them too. It was absolutely great, I loved it, and the pumping was a hell of a great ride. I am now following the dress code myself at work and at home. Not sure what we’re going to do “come” winter, haha!

That’s Natalie’s new project, she will conduct training as to how to wear them and how to control them with a phone. The plan is to make them part of the uniform.

As per Natalie’s training the Luxirie devices are now part of the uniform and all female staff are to wear them at all times while on the premises, except if removal is needed to perform ablutions. I am quite liking wearing mine, hopefully the fashion takes off here! Enjoy!

Just wanted to loop you in on Natalie’s latest triumph: Talliane is now permitted to attend class completely naked and with her Luxirie in and on! Hooray! Today we had our first really cold day! 8 degrees! We managed, we used the heaters in the Luxiries, we stayed near the braziers, and we used the new seats for the tennis chairs that have a hot water bottle built in. I am pretty confident that we will be fine over winter.

Very much enjoying "Family Tradition" too, I like the "candaulism-exhibitionism-voyeurism" dynamic theme where someone who has power intentionally encourages the public nudity and sexual expression of those they have power over, and this is appreciated and admired by onlookers, and is exciting to the exposed one rather than being mocked or treated as humiliating or frightening. You won't be surprised to hear that I also love many of VanessaEvans' stories, and donnylaja's, and loved neverdoubted's "Thornwood" for this dynamic between Susan and Rachel, though obviously you're taking it much further with your story, to my great enjoyment.

I love the light (well, pleasurable rather than painful) BDSM element of "Family Tradition" too. There is an easy way to make sure Katelyn or Julie doesn't drop the star - just tie her upside down, attach the star to something thick and cylindrical, and stick it in, preferably buzzing! I hope this occurs to one of the watchers, next time they put up one of the adorable "trees".
