Anyone know why Quarantine at Washington was deleted?

I was writing a story for the quarantine contest, but today I see it has been deleted it seems.

Did I break a rule?

I'd imagine it's collateral damage from deleting the spam. Hope to see it back, haven't read the last part (unless you did break a rule, but doubt it).
