It's very likely that Hanna has heard some stories from Lucy. Has Lucy let it slip that she made her brother spend a day naked with a bunch of
other girls in the house? As Hanna gets more comfortable, either she will want to show herself off to Mikey in a flirtatious manner, or want to see if Mikey's manhood is as impressive as the stories have been. Hopefully we get to read about everyone getting naked at some point.

Awesome! It's great to have Mikey back.
It seems that her adventures at cheer camp have lead Hanna to develop some interest in showing off a little. And IIRC she should know that Lucy's drawing featured some significant inspiration from Mikey's physique... This could get interesting! Mikey might be developing an unwelcome reputation in middle school soon enough.
