The bumping into Carlene, running down the hallway, then temporarily going outside is similar to early episodes of The Walking Dead.
Instead of running away from Zombies, the boy keeps running into larger groups of teenage girls (just as dangerous as Zombies, and less nice).
The biggest difference upon getting caught is Tommy got his bottom spanked rather than eaten, though I suspect Carlene might have entertained
the thought of playfully biting that bare bottom.

No matter where Tommy runs he's going to be surrounded.
I wonder if the school has a basement. Tommy could run there to try to hide, but eventually the debasement would
continue in the basement.

A fun story. Yep, that poor boy will never forget..."mine eyes have seen the glory of the burning of the school..." that is one possible revenge
follow up.

The sequel involves "telekinetic powers and time-stop, requiring suspension of disbelief".
No problem there. Stories using supernatural powers are nothing new for the Pantsing and Stripping Forum.
One of the most prolific authors here, Executionus, uses such plot devices (magical rings).
The appearance of a magical "Suggestion Box" that changes reality overnight was a wicked good story (that needs an update, hopefully)
The ages of the characters will be just right if the main actors involved are fifteen, so looking forward to this sequel.
(Does writing the story a couple years later involve the characters aging up as well, or is this story shortly after this humiliating episode?)

Yep, that sounds just about right. They do age a bit as the story progresses, though.

Your ability to build tension, develop characters, and craft detailed stories is truly impressive. Your focus on characters' enduring embarrassment sets your writing apart. Unlike others who rush past these moments, you persist on it and let it linger, amplifying the intensity of the perversion.

If you're open to suggestions, I'd love to see you try on a ENM story featuring an embarrassed jock instead of a dweeb. The contrast between the girls lusting on his athletic body and social dynamics of a popular strong guy humiliated by females would be thrilling, the bigger the pride the bigger the shame.
