This was one of my favourite ever chapters, I always enjoy them but this one especially so.

I sometimes think dream sequences are a bit of a slog to get through and I'm rushing for the story to jump back to reality but I thought this dream was very compelling and significant. There have been hints before that Seth is starting to develop weird feelings for Mrs Masters, we know he's already attracted to the girls and especially Clementine, and this was probably the clearest sign yet. I think the idea of Seth having a crush on Mrs Masters despite her humiliating him is very interesting and opens up many possibilities for the future. Does Mrs Masters know about this? I have a feeling if she did, she'd use it to her advantage to embarrass him further somehow.

Been wanting to see more of the girls tormenting Seth in his own home and we got a little of that here, he must feel trapped. Maybe a multi-vitamin to replace all the selenium Seth's losing/going to lose (Relevant research paper, if you're interested)

But I'm also kinda hoping that they're a simple placebo (given the potential risks of drug interactions, undetected allergies, harmful sfx, etc, etc) as I'm trying hard to like Mrs. Masters more - as, if 'real', they /could/ be virtually anything based on the description given, legal or otherwise.

I was thinking it was maybe just another type of erection pill. So he was basically taking double the dosage for maximum hardness.
