At a neighborhood party 4 couples all around late 20s were drinking and playing various card and board games and foosball. He even had my sister come over to witness our handshake agreement. I downed my last swallows of tequila standing on the porch and said "I'm ready, let's get this over".

He ordered me to strip down to my bra and panties. I shrugged and did so, and we headed out to the clothesline. He used Velcro strips to secure my wrists to separate hooks on the pole so that my arms were straight upward about a foot apart...not real comfy but tolerable. I was relieved that I heard no neighbors or anyone else outside to see me immobile in just bikini undies with no way to duck or cover up. But then, my evil sister came out to check on what her hubby had in store for me, and to observe my embarrassing situation and make a few crude jokes and gloat. I was thankful it was a warm evening and that the position wasn't too hard on my arms or shoulders.

I assumed I would have to be tied there in my undies for a half hour, then get spanked in front of the party goers to complete the dare. It could be worse and not as bad as some forfeits I have paid before. But BIL had other ideas. He undid one arm to slide my bra free and tied it back, then did the same on the other arm completely removing my bra and handing it to my sister. She said "Well done, now her panties, right ?" I protested that it was too light to be completely naked in the backyard, so at least let me go inside and I will finish the dare safely indoors while topless. He said he preferred me being tied up and naked outside, then reached for the waistband of my panties slid them down an inch or two, then paused for my reaction. I said, "You can take them if you must, just don't leave me helplessly tied up naked out here for a half hour, please".

He and my sis looked at each other and she said "It's up to you". He said to me, "I'll turn you loose if you promise to get spankings from everyone and be everybody's naked servant for the whole evening".

I didn't like the sound of that and hesitated while wondering if there was much chance of negotiating without making things worse. I quickly said, "No, stop, I agree, I'll cooperate, let me go inside. He said, "Okay, but you might have to go outside for a time after it gets dark". I said, " Seriously?, okay, okay, whatever,". He untied me from the pole and I started heading inside wearing just panties. My sister gathered all of the rest of my clothes and hung them over the clothesline. I wondered when I might see them again.

I took a deep breath at the door and prepared myself to face the others in just panties (which would soon be gone), and the prospect of getting 6 or 7 spankings.
