Part 6.


"Get the ruler," Chelsea shouts as she jumps out of her chair. She rushes over to Romeo and grabs his hand. Chelsea pulls the reluctant boy
closer to the dining room table, where Julia and Marty still sit. Deedra runs off to where she knows she can find a ruler, then comes back into
the room with it.

"What's the best way to do this?" asks Julia.
"Just measure it," Deedra replies.

"I think there's a better way," Julia says, and she opens up a folder and she pulls out a sheet of white paper, typing paper that has no lines on it.
"I want to get an outline drawn on the sheet. First the limp dick and then the hard one. Trace the outline on the paper. This will give us a good
visual aid to see the difference, not just have a number written down."

"Sounds good to me. Tell him how you want it done." says Deedra, pointing the ruler at her big brother.

Julia gets out of her chair and comes around the table. She places the blank sheet of paper on the table in front of Romeo.

"Put your body up against the table. Put your penis on the paper. I'll draw a line around it." Julia instructs.

Romeo doesn't want anything to do with this. "Don't make me do this, Deedra. I'll clean your room for a month if you tell me where
everything goes." Romeo pleads for a reprieve.

"No big brother. I want to see how big you are. You bragged about being bigger than other boys in your PE class."

Marty doesn't notice it, but his little sister chelsea looks over at him, then she goes back to looking at Romeo. She is still holding onto Romeo's
hand. If Romeo had any thoughts of trying to escape, he's going to have a fight on his hands. Romeo knows he can't win. He steps up to the
table. The table top is just a little below his balls. To get his penis flat on the sheet of paper, he has to spread his legs wider, make himself
shorter. Romeo gets his penis laid down flat on the page.

Julia steps up next to Romeo. She places a pen at the base of the shaft, on the left side. Everyone else in the room crowds in, gets as close
as they can. Julia runs the pen alongside Romeo's penis up and around, then down the other side to the base of the shaft on the right side.
Romeo steps back from the table.

"While Julia measures the first drawing," Deedra says, as she hands the ruler to Julia, "Romeo has to get an erection, a real hard one."

"Oh shit. I was dreading this," Romeo says, and he puts his left hand on his dick.

"Wait. Don't touch it," Deedra says, and she pulls Romeo's hand away. "Chelsea, would you like to rub Romeo's dick and make it hard?"

"Yes, yes," Chelsea says, with enthusiastic emphasis on the "Yes"

Romeo tries to back away. "No. I'm not letting these girls touch me. No way and that's final."

"Okay, then I'm declaring your punishment. Your punishment for covering up earlier in the bathroom is...you have to let us make you get hard.
Then we do the second measurement" Deedra say, laying down the law.

"And we can touch him all we want to. Not just for the measurement, but after too." Chelsea says.

"Yes, that's right. This punishment will last till mom comes back home. We can all touch you any way we want." Deedra says.

Romeo rolls his eyes. He shrugs his shoulder. But what can he do. He can run for the front door, run outside and hide. But eventually he'll have
to come back in, and it will be worse. Better to get it over with.
"Okay. You can all do what you want to me," Romeo says, looking at the clock. His mom has only been gone five minutes, just five minutes.
He'll probably have to put up with this for an hour.

"I get to go first, right?" Chelsea asks, and when Deedra nods her head, Chelsea switches from holding Romeo's hand to grabbing hold of his dick.

Chelsea rubs her hand on the dick. She squeezes it a few times, then she lifts it up and lets it flop back down. She rubs it some more, then stops.
The dick isn't getting any harder. Chelsea looks up at Romeo's face. "How come nothing is happening?" she asks.

"That's not how boys jerk it," Julia says. "Have you seen your brother doing it?"

"Not really. I walked in on him in his room one time. He was lying on the bed naked, and he had his hand on it. I didn't really see what he was
doing, he rolled over on his stomach so fast. You show me."

Julia takes over, and she runs her fingers in a caressing manner. Romeo had been keeping his eyes closed. Chelsea's attempts had been clumsy.
This feels better. Julia wraps her hand around it and she moves the hand up and down slowly, then a little faster. This feels good, much better.
Romeo's penis starts to swell a little but it's not Jumping Jack Flash. Romeo opens his eyes and he looks down, seeing for the first time someone
else's hand on his dick. Romeo looks up into Julia's eyes, noticing for the first time they are a light brown and how pretty they are. The dick gets
a little harder, sticking out more upward than downward, but nowhere near fully erected. Deedra leaves the room, then she is back moments
later.

"My turn," Deedra says, and she holds up the feathery cat toy. "I used this before and he got real hard."

Julia lets go, and Deedra places the feathery end of the cat toy on the head of her brother's dick.

"You're not going to jerk him?" Julia asks.

"No. I just like to tease and tickle him. I don't want to touch it."

There's something about feathers tickling that spot, Romeo's dick lurches upward, rapidly expanding in length and a little in width.

"I'm going to have to get me one of those," Chelsea says, and she looks over at Marty again, this time Marty sees the look on his sister's face and
doesn't like what he sees. Marty has been quiet the whole time, happy to let Romeo get all the attention.

Deedra runs the cat toy down Romeo's shaft, down to the balls. When the feathers find the sensitive spot right behind the nutsack, Romeo's face
changes into a sort of a grimace. "OH SHIT", he says, and Romeo's breathing picks up. His dick points higher and everyone can see it start to
throb with little up n down motions.

"Step over to the paper, Romeo. I think you're ready," Julia says.

Romeo gets back in position at the table. This time, after widening his legs to get shorter, and the base of the penis is at the height of the table,
the height of the head is way above it.

"I'm going to hold it down, then trace the outline," and Julia grabs it with her left hand, pushes it down onto the paper directly over the previous
drawing of the limp dick. Julia changes the position of the holding hand several times, as she traces around the now much larger penis. Romeo
steps back when she is done.

Julia picks up the sheet of paper with the two outlines on it. The difference in size between the limp and the erected state is startling to see.
Everyone takes a look at the sheet. Everyone has something to say about it. Even Marty says, "Holy Cow that's a lot bigger."
Chelsea steps back to Romeo and she hugs him around the waist, then she slips a hand around his balls and feels them.

"Can we get a balls measurement?"

"We'll have time to measure everything. But for now, measure the drawings, Julia," Deedra says.

Julia puts the sheet back down on the table and she grabs the ruler. She measures the length of the limp dick drawing, and she writes the
number on the sheet. Next, she measures the erected dick drawing, and she writes the figure down.

"Okay. The results are...Romeo limp is three and a half inches. And hard, he is six and three-quarters inches. So, there's your math problem
Chelsea. You have to figure out the percentage increase of 3.5 to 6.75 inches."

"You mean I still have to work the problem?" Chelsea asks.

"Yes. It's still math time till 7:00," Romeo says, and after all, he is the one in charge of this group. Right? And he looks down at his groin, where
Chelsea has a firm grip on him, and it looks like she's never going to let go.

Things have been going from bad to worse with this naked punishment. Romeo is supposed to be in charge, but that's a laugh. Even 11 year old
Chelsea has him by the balls, literally got him by the balls, her hand wrapped around them. With his mother gone, Romeo is the tutor in charge,
so he uses this little bit of authority.

"Go to the table and do your math problem, Chelsea."

Chelsea lets go of Romeo's balls and she sits down at the table. She looks at the two figures next to the two penis outlines on the page.

"3.5 inches and 6.75 inches," Chelsea says, reminding herself of the figures she has to work with, and reminding everyone else at the table what Romeo's penis sizes are for limp and hard.

"Who wants root beers?" Deedra asks. "We got 12 oz cans in the fridge."

"I'll have one," Julia says.
"Yes, get me one," says Chelsea.
"I can only do sugar free," says Marty. "I'll get some water."

Deedra and Marty go to the kitchen. Julia sits back down at the table. There's ten minutes to go till 7:00, time to do a couple more math
problems.

"I think I got it" Chelsea says, when Deedra and Marty come back in with cans of root beer for everyone, and a cup of water for Marty.

"What's the answer?" asks Deedra.

"I have it, I think. Romeo's dick grows 92.8 Percent when he gets a hardon. Is that a good percentage? I mean isn't a boy's dick supposed to
double in size? If it's 3.5 inches limp, shouldn't it grow to be 7 inches?"

"No. It doesn't work that way," Romeo says.

"His dick is big enough as it is. What more do you want?" Marty asks.

Chelsea is momentarily silent, put off by her brother's remark. Her comeback comes quickly. "What more do I want? I want you to take your
clothes off."

Everyone looks at Chelsea, surprised, but none more surprised than Marty.

"Hell NO" Marty fires back his response.

"Remember you owe me. You promised you would do something for me, for not telling mom what you did. This is what you do to pay up.
Take everything off. You know I can still tell her." Chelsea says, and her wicked grin is as evil as any Romeo has seen on his sister. What makes
these girls so wicked?

"Okay okay, I'll get naked. But I'm not getting measured with the ruler."

Romeo is totally losing control here. One student is making another one take their clothes off, and in Romeo's house where he is responsible.
Romeo looks down at his dick, which has gone back down to soft. This will keep some of the attention off of him. Marty takes his shirt off. He's more slender than Romeo, though Marty is just a little taller. Marty takes off his shoes and his socks. He stops and looks around the dining room table, looking nervous. Everybody is looking at Marty. Marty takes off his jeans and he is wearing some nice looking checker boxers. Marty closes his eyes, and he takes in a deep breath, then lets it out slowly. Marty slips off his boxers, and standing back up, tosses them at Chelsea. Chelsea
catches them and she laughs.

Marty is the same age a Romeo, but he has only a few wisps of pubic hair above a slender two and a half inch limp penis. His balls also don't have the same size and hang that Romeo's have. Marty may be an inch taller, but he is behind in pubertizing.

"Way to go Marty. You're very brave," says Julia.

"How long do I have to stay naked?" Marty asks.

"Until I tell you to get dressed," Chelsea says. "And since you won't let us measure your dick, you get the other part of Romeo's punishment."

"Other part? What part?" Marty asks, looking very scared now.

Deedra jumps up and down. "Ooh, ooh yes. The other part of Romeo's punishment. We can all touch you any way we want to."

"Oh shit. I'm fucked," Marty says.

The three girls laugh. Romeo doesn't join in. He knows how Marty feels. Romeo looks at the clock. It is 7:00 and math time is over. Romeo can't
keep them at the table any longer, and the girls will be looking for a way to entertain themselves till Romeo's mother comes back.

"Don't you wish you could disappear, Marty? I've been wishing for that all day." Romeo says.

There's something about a girl embarrassing her older brother that makes for great stories. I don't know what it is, but I'd guess it's probably the power dynamic. Anyway your writing is fantastic and I think you picked a really good topic.

I'm curious if you're intending to keep adding to the movie plot all the way through. Because I've seen it and, I don't know if other readers realize this, all this story so far is coming from your brain. He's picked on and unlucky but that's a small amount of character building that you're turning into a massive epic. And I can't wait for more. But you know, at this pace by the heroic ending you'll be on chapter 1000.

In the Italian movie, the boy is mostly picked on at school during the first 15 minutes of the movie. Here I'm having him mostly picked on at home.
With all the embarrassments and all the wishing he could just be left alone and not be noticed by others...will the wish come true?

In the movie we find out the next morning, but first Romeo has to survive the night.

There are so many stories that need continuation. Where do I begin???

Maybe I'll do another trivia question game on one of my stories. The one who can answer the most questions gets to choose what story I
work on next.
