"Hannie" is an affectionate/familiar nickname, used most often by Mary but also by Cameron (who also sometimes calls her "Han").

It's like Cameron being shortened to "Cam" and Ellie occasionally shortened to "El". Mia's name is short enough already, so she doesn't get a nickname. :lol:
