Without at least one of the males being hesitant, wanting to resist the new movement due to being insecure and shy, then something is lacking. Some more tension is needed. ENM/ENF doesn't work without the E "embarrassment". That's my opinion anyway.

Character backgrounds... nice touch with the bully's homelife background. Good to find out the 'nurse wannabes' motivations (self-serving sadists), one question answered ...

Got to agree with pretty much all of the comments... generally don't have a problem who's doing the humiliating (no gender bias), people can skip past bits / whole stories they don't like, etc, etc... appreciated ...
