It depends.
I generally dislike SPH, and prefer the male to have an average or larger than average penis.
But there are several factors at play that can change that preference.
If a character is truly unlikeable and set up as an antagonist or pure victim, SPH can work from a humiliation standpoint ...

I often to use male characters who are fourteen or fifteen for a couple of reasons.
1. Boys this age are getting their first consistent issues with erection problems.
2. After the onset of puberty, and growth changes taking place rapidly, a boy with a smallish body can have an adult sized penis ...

A first impression I like writing about is when a girl finds out the boy she sees for the first time is more developed than she suspected, a
pleasant surprise.

Since I would not have enjoyed being teased by girls about size, I rarely make my characters suffer through that.

I respect everyone's taste, but if I may be honest, I personally don't like anal stuff being done to a guy in general. If a story contains something like that, I skim the relevant part.
