Looking for a story.

Hi I'm looking for a story series but I cannot remember where I saw it. I only read the first 2 chapters it was labeled as both enm and enf.
What I remember of it was this guy said he would do anything for this job so the male boss makes him undress and embarrasses him then calls in his lady secretary to add on more then he has to work in his underwear and he starts to plot to get some female employee back. That's all I can remember and I'd like to find it.
